Our technician was very nice and thorough. I liked the fact that he didn't try to get us to buy something like the last one did. He also cleaned our outside unit which no one has done before. Very satisfied this time:) more

Professional service 2/29/2012

As security becomes more important day to day, it is refreshing to see that Eddie our service tech had ID ready as we answered the door. He told us everything he was going to do before he did it and cared very much make sure his shoes were covered and that everything was cleaned up as he performed the service. more

A/C went out 2/29/2012

The thing I love about John Wayne Heating and Air is that when they tell you that they will be there, they are there at that time. I never have to worry about losing time when I call them. The technicians are always respectful, curtious, and willing to answer my questions. I feel comfortable having them in my home. I have worked with them for the last two years and I am so happy with their work. Thank you so much. more

We are always VERY satisfied with the work that your service people provide in our home. They have always come to our home at the scheduled time, sometimes even a bit early and they are skilled in the maintenance of our system. They always seem happy to answer questions and provide information to help make our system work more efficiently. more

Over all very, very pleased with John Wayne servie and prod. 2/27/2012

I have had many of service men in my home to do rapairs, but I have never seen the professionalism that John Wayne serv men have. All I can think is that John Wayne must have a great trainning program going on. There is not one question you can't ask that they do not know the answer and also can repair it. Yes we paid a lot for our new AC, but the service we get from John Wayne is worth every dollar. All our friends and family know how please we are with the service, and product from John Wayne.
