Good job, on time, professional, called ahead 3/3/2012

We had Jon Wayne out last year and were satisfied with their work so had them out again. We had a little more work involved this time around but they were still very professional and sign up for their membership. See you in the fall:) more

I want to commend Jesse Hernandez and his crew for doing an outstanding job, it was very professionally done. I have nothing but good things to say about the Installation. Begining with Marcus Wallace who is responsible for the pre-evaluation, very professional and ending with Phillip Jones who was responsible for the Quality check in the end. more

Our technician was very nice and thorough. I liked the fact that he didn't try to get us to buy something like the last one did. He also cleaned our outside unit which no one has done before. Very satisfied this time:) more
