They made a mistake and were not to proud to admit it. Got refunded what I paid for the mistake and offered extras. Apparently they care about their customers It's all good more

Good service during tune up 4/6/2012

After showing up, technicians got right to work checking out my system and doing the spring tune up. Had one error due to one of the technicians still in training (I'm guessing), but fixed the issue and made sure I was happy with the service before leaving. more
