Your workers were extremely professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable about their job. We were very impressed with everything and we even had the sales rep.(comfort specialist)come and check to see if found everything to our satisfaction. They really know their job! We would highly recommend your company to everyone we know. more

Great service as always by Malvin 4/11/2012

I had some problems with scheduling initially but the situation was rectified by the supervisor. Malvin and Dave did a great job and I am very satisfied with the service I was given for the AC. Malvin has been coming for the last three years and he has always been very informative with the details of his services. I have recommended this company to my friends and coworkers. Overall I give a excellent rating to Malvin and Dave. Thank you again more

After I posted the previous review, I was called by a supervisor and someone came out. They acknowledged their mistake and will refund me the price I paid. I guess we are all human and I'm willing to give them another chance. Goose7 more

Air Duck replacement 4/10/2012

We had our air duck system replaced. Kevin came out to our house measured all the room. He explaned everything very throughly, recommended adding four new vents and showed us different options. Even though it was a little more money than I wanted to spend, I knew it was a good investment in our home. And as a bonus Jon Wayne though in R-30 attic insulation at no extra charge. Tim and a crew of two, Cody, Nick came out and did the instalation. It only took them one day to do all the work. All the ducks are suspended, not laying on the rafters. The first thing we noticed was the quiteness of the house. The house is staying cool and the AC is not running all the time. All in all I think Jon Wayne is a great company and all the staff are great. We love Jon Wayne and highlky recommend them. more
