Our outside unit was making a lot of noise 5/10/2012

Of course the noise started around nine pm, I turned the system off and placed a call for service. Within five minutes, we recieved a return call that a service agent would be out in the morning. "Ray" arrived as scheduled, and when we turned the unit on, it failed to make the noise it was making last night. Ray was great he checked out the entire system, couldn't find the problem, but said that if the noise returned not hesitate to call him back out. more

I was out of town caring for my elderly ill parents and totally forgot about the service I scheduled w/John Wayne Heating and AC. The staff not only contacted me before the scheduled appt but accomodated me in every respect when I had to extend my stay. Simply put the best service I've received from a service type organization. more
