I was delighted with the crew that replaced my AC unit on Tuesday, the 10th. They were courteous, professional and worked non stop until the job was done, even though it was hot and humid inside and out. I will certainly recommend your company as long as you have crews similar to these two. Thanks more

My service advisor Alex Tiner was outstanding. He explained things so well. Not only were all my questions answered but he explained things about my system that I would have not known to ask. He saved me from replacing my system , which was recommenced from a previous company. His honesty is truly refreshing. In this day and age trusting any company is difficult to do. This is a fine young man representing your company and I will call Jon Wayne the next time I have any air conditioning issue. more

Very satisfied! 6/19/2012

Had a very old unit, our A/C burned out, called and rececived a quick response. Had new inside and out unit installed along with insulation blown in. All were very professional and did a great job. Did not notice until after the team left but had a crack in the sheet rock on the ceiling and they had someone come fix it with no problems. Called later to ensure satisfaction. Cool and happy cumsumer! more

Quality service as well as fair price for work 6/15/2012

We had several local companies come out with us having problems with our relatively new AC unit. None of the other 4 companies resolved our issue and wanted and over priced fees for what they performed. they left us with an overcharged system with the wrong refrigerant. The tech from John Wayne service was courteous professional and did good work. We are now not haing any problems as we did when the other 4 companies had come by. I would highly recommend them. more

I was impresses with the service and the follow-up. What I did not like was being quoted $8K plus for the job and after asking for re-consideration, being quoted $6,500+. So, had I not asked, I would have paid $2,000 extra. Left a bad taste in my mouth. more
