Ray was professional,courteous, and very patient.He took the time to explain things that no one else ever did. We bought a UV filter. We were buying the smaller filters 3 in a pack because we were told we had to. Ray explained we didn't have to buy those filters after all these years. So with not having to buy the small filters he saved us money on those. We bought one of the packages because of the way Ray explained how it would work for us. All in all Ray did a fantastic job, and we would,and have reccomend Jon Wayne to people. We filled out a survey while he was here but that wasn't good enough. I had to call and TELL what a great job he performed. When it comes time again for the checkup we are requesting Ray.
