Our AC drain was plugged and needed servicing. First tech to arrive was on time but failed to fix the problem. A second tech was dispatched and arrived within hours. This gentleman was great and in talking gave recommendations which we have done. more

It's been nearly a year since y'all installed my system and things have been great ever since.I just had Carlos Felix out to inspect and take air flow readings because I felt that there was an issue with air flow with ducts that were added at installation,but as it turned out,I actually had more than adequate air movement than was required for the square footage of the areas of my concern.While the technician was here,he did find a bad sensor on the compressor that shows the outside temperature at the thermostat.He brought this to my attention and told me that this part would need to be ordered because they have never had to replace one on a unit before.I told him that this was OK and we scheduled a return visit for him to replace it at a later date.To my amazement,he returned the next day with the replacement sensor in hand,and made the repair very quickly at no charge.The purchase of my system from Jon Wayne has been one of the best buying experiences that I have ever had and I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone for their A/C and Heating needs.I have been very impressed with their Service,their Product,and their Professionalism...Thanks Again Jon Wayne....... more
