While the performance was up to our expectations... 5/20/2012

The overall assessment was substandard. The technician wanted to charge us $1200+ to do unnecessary maintenance on our air conditioner. Charging $300 to "clean the external coil" seemed a bit excessive. After not one but two of their competitors assessed our system, their pricing and made-up repairs showed that this company is out for lots of something other than doing the right thing. The two competitors both had the same diagnosis and laughed when we told them what the Jon Wayne technician wanted to do. Additionally the tech nician charged $99 for the "tune-up" that he admitted he couldn't perform due to the rain that day. Jon Wayne has to pay for lots of equipment and media advertising which distracts them from actually serving their customers. more

Been in San Antonio 40 years and have had service personel from every trade at one time or another.Jon Wayne has the most professional people I have ever encountered, not only with their knowledge of their profession, but also with their customer service approach. Thank you more

The customer serice Mario provided us with is unparalled in our experience! We have met service technicians before, but he outranks them all! He not only checked every component of our system to find the problem, but also traveled to Home Depot to buy the needed part! When he returned, he fixed our system and stayed until he knew it worked perfectly! His friendliness, customer service, and attention to detail are second to none! We couldn't be more pleased! more

The Service rep was prompt and gave us a full list of the repairs that he recommended. He told us what was required to fix our problem and then some additional things that he recommended. He was sensitive to our budget and gave us a variety of choices. The problem was fixed quickly. more
