Unbelievable- Customer Service- Jon Wayne has raised the bar 5/7/2012

These days it's all about how you treat your customer's. Customer Service. Service after the sale. The folks at Jon Wayne, technicians, sales, the whole team, has made our investment worth every penny. Yes, we could have gone with another company to save on cost, but my wife was right again(she is always right). I will tell you that each problem we encountered was resolved within a timely manner. FYI: They replaced our entire system, soup to nuts. A big job like this will not be perfect the first time. The crew started the installation around 9AM and finished around 11PM. I would like to thank the following(If I missed anyone take me off your xmas list :-). Aaron Christiansen(thanks for being patient). The install crew: Jeremy,Cobey,John,Anthony. One of these guys looked like Tim McGraw. Mr.August(Bruce Lee cant drive).Richard for fixing the leak. Geronimo(it's his nickname) for fixing the drywall. Mike for fixing the leak in the drain pipe. Philip(Mr. Quality Inspection). Bryan. Benny(Mr.Insulation). All the ladies that took my calls. I hope I didnt get anyone in trouble with this review. Before I forget...I was invited to check out the JW headquarters in Victoria. OMG. It's unbelievable. If JW had stock, I would buy buy buy. Have a great day!!!! The technician was very professional and answered all our questions in a way we could understand. He didn't try to hide the fact the previous tech screwed up. The thermostat is still messed up but we are committed to taking it one problem, one technician, at a time. more

They are honest and forthcoming 5/5/2012

When the technician called all he said was the coils were very dirty. I later found out that the duct under the trailer had a hole in it. The technician did not mention that. I did feel the cost was a bit much. more

Great speedy service! 5/4/2012

We were panicked when our AC went out in our home with a new baby. I called Jon Wayne and they sent a crew out within 2 hours. The service techs were very professional and explained the problems to us. Our AC was serviced and fixed quickly. They also gave us tips on how to keep our energy bills down!! more

Very professional service 5/4/2012

I was very impressed on the professiolism that Jon Wayne's people exhibited. I interviewed four different companies for the replacement of my unit. Jon Wayne's Comfor Advisor, Harlon Pickett,spen about 90 minutes inspecting my current system and duct work and measureing my home. The other company's only looked at my old unit and quoted prices for a replacement. They did not consider if the current unit size was the one my home needed to provide optimal cooling. Harlan presented me with the different packages and at no time did he presure me to buy. At no time did Harlon put pressure on me to buy. When the Jon Wayne technicians came to my home they were very courteous and explained to me what they were doing. They discovered some intake problems and took extra time to fix them. This along with some other problems took longer than what was anticipated to get the unit running. They were determined to get the job done and stayed with it until it was complete and the unit was cooling off the house. The service did not stop there. The next day another technitian came to my home and ensured that the thermostadt was working properly. A few weeks later, at my request, they put a blanket over the compresser to make the unit quiter. All of this was followed up by a quality inspection. My unit is cooling the house better than ever and I have a warranty on parts and labor for 12 years. Even though they were a bit higher in price, I am glad I chose Jon Wayne.
