Our service tech was running late due to a prior call but the office was efficient in calling to let us know he was going to be late. He was very professional while on the service call. When we purchased two new systems it was presented that the $150 filters would need to be replaced annually. This was our first service visit and one needed to be replaced immediately and the other one was noticably dirty. Is this standard? If so, the sales team should not present this as an annual expense. more

The local customer reviews for Jon Wayne were much better than competitors. The inital vist by the sales tech was timely and informative. The tecnicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. They arrived when the Company said they would. Didn't stay too long to complete their work. Follow up was timely and responsive. I would definitely recommend Jon Wayne for San Antonio air conditioning and heating systems. more

Jacob McKinnis performed an outstanding Spring Precision Tune Up on our two (4 & 3 ton) systems this morning. Both systems were thoroughly inspected and he replaced both UV lights and Perfect Air Purifier filters. The quality of Jacob's service was outstanding in every way and has become the standard for Jon Wayne. He was extremely polite, knowledgable, and dedicated to ensuring the customer was totally satisfied. I would welcome this professional for every future Precision Tune Up. I would, however, highly recommend that Jon Wayne supervisors ensure their service people show up at customer's houses with the products that are required to complete the scheduled service. This is meant as constructive criticism only because I consider Jon Wayne a cut above every other HVAC company. If a customer requires two filter replacements during a Precision Tune Up, I would expect a Jon Wayne service person to show up with the required filters. Planning ahead would eliminate this oversight (granted it may appear to be small, but it's very noticeable by the customer). Jon Wayne should know what each customer's system/s require and then ensure this info is made available to their service people so that they have all necessary filters/lights, etc to complete the job. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service rendered by Jacob and welcome him back in our home for all future inspections. more
