We've been using Jon Wayne Heating and Air for several years. The service is always quick, professional and helpful. The technicians go above and beyond to explain what is going on with our equipment and make suggestions as to how to remedy the problem. There is never any high pressure to buy unnecessary service or equipment. In the years we've been using their service we have never been disappointed. more

We've been using Jon Wayne Heating and Air for several years. The service is always quick, professional and helpful. The technicians go above and beyond to explain what is going on with our equipment and make suggestions as to how to remedy the problem. There is never any high pressure to buy unnecessary service or equipment. In the years we've been using their service we have never been disappointed. more

Excellent Service & Install from start to finish!!! 3/15/2012

John Wayne removed our 22 year old system and installed a new system and the service was excellent from start to finish. Every John Wayne Technician that came to our home was very professional and knowledgeable. The new system is 100 times better, Thank You John Wayne....North West San Antonio more

I was impressed with the way JW comes into your home and cleans up after themselves. All the background checks on the return air and air flow required in each room. The care they took on us while they were here. more

This is our 2nd experience with you guys. First, great. 2nd, great. The "full range" of care given to the need is just wonderful. It isn't cheap, but it won't break the bank. You pay for what you get, and these guys give the full dollar value of the contract. I have no doubt that this work will last a LONG time. In the next 3 years we will have to replace this unit...and I am sure you know where we will go. I appreciate that you always let us know what you know we need, (new unit), and the fact that you let us gracefully decline due to financial reasons without any pressure. This reason and the overall quality of the work makes you guys our guys. more

My wife entered a query on your web site on a Saturday night and received a call back within 20 minutes! A sales call was scheduled for the following Monday. Installation was clean and neat, installers courteous and always covered their shoes. System operation was explained well. When excess ozone was leaking from air cleaner, you sent a service truck out immediately to seal the component. Good job! more
