We hear that if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. Our air conditioner unit went out one evening three days before Thanksgiving and we had no idea who to call. We used the Internet to find "reputable" AC repairmen but were at a loss as to who to call. We called several and some called back; others did not. Some were friendly; others were not. A young lady with Jon Wayne Heating & AC called back and took our information and set up an appointment for the very next day.
Joe Turner showed up the next day right on time. He went through the pros and cons of repair versus replacement and did a good job of presenting but never pushed us into a purchase that we did not want. He was sincere and professional and promised to do a great job and essentially made it sound too good to be true.
We were leery and held our breath as we agreed to invest a substantial amount of money into an AC unit. Joe said the installers would be at our home the day before Thanksgiving to install the unit and that the job would be done professionally and look neat and finished. He also said they would handle the paperwork to assist in receiving credit for the efficient unit we purchased.
Two young men from Jon Wayne showed up the day before Thanksgiving to install the unit just as Joe said they would. The installed the unit and it looked neat and professional. Joe Turner facilitated getting the paperwork as promised and we got our unit which worked beautifully.
I have to say that never have we had a more pleasant experience. Jon Wayne Heating & AC and Joe Turner made the process so pleasant.
The unit is quiet, efficient, and has already resulted in a monthly energy savings that is significantly improved from that of our last unit.
We waited for the other shoe to drop before writing a recommendation. Well, we have had absolutely no problems whatsoever and would highly recommend Jon Wayne Heating & AC. They are professional and go above and beyond for their customers and we sincerely appreciate that.
