Superior Customer Service 12/24/2011

Jon Wayne Air and Heat responded very quickly to my call and sent an experienced and very professional technician to my home to diagnose the problem with my system. He explained in detail what was wrong and gave me options for repair or replacement. I elected to replace the system and within a week the work was done. The two men who did the work in nine hours were thorough and competent and explained what they were doing. They left my home and yard clean. The new system is working much better than the one that came with the house purchase. I am confident that Jon Wayne will keep this unit working well for many years and that I can count on their maintenance plan. It was obvious that the company focuses on good customer service! more

As members of the Rescue Club, we have at least two times per year to have a tech from Jon Wayne Air come to our home for a system tune-up. We have been impressed and pleased with the high level of professionalism by the tech. Not only do they do a thorough job with the system, but each one is friendly, courteous and respectful. We appreciate the incredible service rendered by the pros at Jon Wayne Air. more

Had issue with thermostat 12/20/2011

Called and reported the problem. In a short time a tech arrived at the house. Tech's first name is Abel. Very professional appearance, very curtious, extremely knowledgeable. In short time figured out problem and fixed it. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from your company. more
