Jason performed above and beyond expectations! He was on-time, courteous even in the face of having to deal with remote communications. Ordered a special part, drove to get it, installed and checked everything. Provided multiple options with pricing for my selection and when a choice was made executed flawlessly. I will be using Jon Wayne again and I will recommend to others. more

Our technician Ray was right on time, got in, got the job done, and took the time to explain what and why he was doing what he was doing, gave us some hints for long term maintenance. I will definatly recommend John Wayne if this is an example of the company reps we'll be dealing with. more

Joel, the technician who performed my annnual heating/furnance tune-up was thorough and very professional. He answered all my questions and explained the benefits of a recommended part, an fan capacitor. more

every time an employee from Jon Wayne comes to my house to service my centra heat/ acunit, they are totally professional, and Kevin maintained this same image for the company. I did tease Kevin that since I am a retired Paramedic, I wish he could have responded to the house in the refurbished ambulance I have seen on the Jon Wayne commercials lately. more

Outstanding Product and Service 11/17/2011

2009 Christmas Eve our 24 year old system crashed and although there was nothing that could be done at that last notice Abel went and purchased a heater to hold us until they could get out and replace the unit. Since the new system was installed our eclectic bill has gradually dropped each month even during the hottest and coldest months. It is quiet and the service checks are a great peace of mind. The service was great at the beginning and is still great, the hold up their end of the contract and have our service tech out to check the system twice a year. An still just as professional as they were in 2009. more
