the service person checked out the problem and then gave me 4 options. this is the first time i can remember that i actually had a choice in how much the repair would cost and the levels of warranty more

Ray Butler performed the heating service call at my home yesterday. Ray peformed the absolutely most thorough and professional AC/Heating service I have ever had from any company. Ray is a true professional. I hope he returns for all my service calls from Jon Wayne. more

Great service and great piece of mind 12/8/2011

Appreciated the telephone contact to inform me of technician being enroute. Technician was careful to not track mud into house by wearing the protective booties. Service was accomplished and results explained. Thank you. more

Had unexpected problems on the day we were going out-of-town and we were able to get someone to take care of our problem early enough so we didn't have to change our plans. Service tech was courteous, knowledgable and very efficient. more

Excellent Work 12/2/2011

I was very happy with the technican who came to the house to check the Heating system. He was very courteous and we are happy that we have the Gold Rescue membership with Jon Wanye. The tech check the equipment, took his time to make sure everthing was working properly. We have 2 Annual checkups a year Air Condition & Heating Tune-Up. Completed the tuneup and ask if I had any questions,completed the work and sign the invoice. more
