Excellent Work 12/2/2011

I was very happy with the technican who came to the house to check the Heating system. He was very courteous and we are happy that we have the Gold Rescue membership with Jon Wanye. The tech check the equipment, took his time to make sure everthing was working properly. We have 2 Annual checkups a year Air Condition & Heating Tune-Up. Completed the tuneup and ask if I had any questions,completed the work and sign the invoice. more

I am very pleased with the service I received. Richard Andre was very pleasant and professional. He seemed to know what he was doing & took care of the problem. The price seemed reasonable. I will definately use John Wayne again!! more

Drainage problem 11/28/2011

Called early in the morning and our problem was solved a couple hours later. Steve was very professional and courteous. Explained what all he was going to do; PROBLEM FIXED!!! Can always count on Jon Wayne to fix our AC/heating problems. You're the BEST. more

Jason performed above and beyond expectations! He was on-time, courteous even in the face of having to deal with remote communications. Ordered a special part, drove to get it, installed and checked everything. Provided multiple options with pricing for my selection and when a choice was made executed flawlessly. I will be using Jon Wayne again and I will recommend to others. more
