Very pleased 10/10/2011

I have been a customer for several years. Jon Wayne installed my heating and Airconitioner units. And they have worked well. I have only had to make one service call to them and this was a call that could have been avoided if I had paid attention to the filter when I recently replaced it. The service Techs did not say so, but I suspect they figured I was an nut. I hope they will forgive me and just call it a Senior moment. more
