The bill was more than I could pay at one time. Was able to make partial payments. A must for a Senior on fixed income. Coupon was a big help. Service calls are very pricey. more

Lack of customers concerns 6/18/2018

Had an appointment set for 4 weeks in advance for service of a poorly working AC unit and cleaning of an oil burner. It was the first hot day of June and they canceled on me because other more important customers needed help. I understand these things happen but I am totally disappointed in that they only called to notify me of this ten minutes prior to my 1:00 pm appointment. They had plenty of time to notify me they were not planning on servicing my AC and oil system on this day. One hour notification would have saved me one half day vacation and a half hour ride home from work. They didn't even try to compensate me for my time or aggravations. My advice if your needs are of a residential matter contact a small business because you matter to them, Curtis Total Services priority is big businesses not you. The Installers cleaned up when finished 6/8/2018

The installers had to work in the attic so insulation fell down onto the hallway carpet. When they were finished one of the installers vacuumed the upstairs hallway and the stairwell to clean up the fallen insulation. I was very impressed. more

We Are Very Satisfied 5/29/2018

I knew of Curtis Total Service because they had done some work at my Mom's house, but this was my first time using their service personally. I called them on a Thursday or Friday night and they came right away. He told me what needed to be done and we ended up replacing the toilet. The fee was lower than a competitive plumber in the area. He put the order in and he was back promptly on Monday and completed the job in a short period of time. Everything has been fine since then and we are very satisfied. I would work with them again in the future. more

AT OUR LAST ELECTRIC SERVICE I Asked the electrician(I THINK IT WAS JASON R) TO EITHER REPLACE THE BULB OR THE WHOLE UNIT OF OUR BACK OF THE HOUSE LIGHTING. HE PROMISED TO SUPPLY INFORMATION ON A REPLACEMENT.SINCE THEN (AFTER TWO FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS BY ME) I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING.NOT UP TO YOUR USUAL SERVICE! more

I Could Not Be Happier! 4/19/2018

I contacted Curtis Total Service because my toilet would not flush. They arrived on time and basically told me that my toilet was a piece of junk! I knew it was piece of junk because I purchased it! They offered to fix it but I told them I hated that toilet and asked them to help me get one that would work better for me. I am getting up in years and I must tell you this household item is a must and a comfortable one is a must have! The plumber ordered the new one that he recommended and installed it in no time. They also hauled off the piece of junk old one! This new toilet is absolutely beautiful! It is made at exactly the right height, flushes wonderful and I am absolutely satisfied with it! Very happy with it, it is absolutely perfect! Great job with the install, everything works great!! more

Replacement of Gas Water Heater 4/4/2018

After calling for service, the technician arrived in 45 minutes to replace my water heater. It was leaking for about 2 hours and he determined I needed a new one. He returned the next morning at 10 AM as promised and completed the job by noon. I was happy with the quick response and excellent job he did. I would recommend them for plumbing needs. more
