Had an appointment set for 4 weeks in advance for service of a poorly working AC unit and cleaning of an oil burner. It was the first hot day of June and they canceled on me because other more important customers needed help. I understand these things happen but I am totally disappointed in that they only called to notify me of this ten minutes prior to my 1:00 pm appointment. They had plenty of time to notify me they were not planning on servicing my AC and oil system on this day. One hour notification would have saved me one half day vacation and a half hour ride home from work. They didn't even try to compensate me for my time or aggravations. My advice if your needs are of a residential matter contact a small business because you matter to them, Curtis Total Services priority is big businesses not you.
