Iam 87 yrs old Watching my son's dog and house while he and his family are away. I tried to water the plants but the faucet would not function. It wouldn't turn off. I didn't know where the turn off was. I called Curtis and a repair person (Jacob) replied within an hour!!!!. He was pleasant, reassuring and had repaired the problem within 2 hours. He alleviated my concern and inspected other potential problems. I was so impressed with this young man, I purchased a service policy for my son. An excellent experience.. more

11/12/88 - Lande installed Bryant AC - 5/14/2008 - Curtis installed Goodman AC - 6/8/16 - Matt - Curtis Rep. informed me it wouldn't last the summer. (repairs required) 6/23/16 - Curtis installed Trane 16 Seer AC & hopefully have more luck with new installation. more

Electrical Power Line Drop Replacement 8/1/2016

Done very well, service person very knowledgeable ! Explained everything to a tee ! Heating person fixed noise but furnace was too far out of emissions it had to be replaced ! more

I highly recommend Curtis Total Service! 8/1/2016

Curtis Total Service is super easy to work with and their staff is extremely knowledgeable. The basement has flooded for years and within minutes of walking downstairs, the plumber diagnosed the problem and knew how to fix it. Since then, I've had a new sump pump installed, a new HVAC unit installed, and an air scrubber installed. I know I'm in good hands with Curtis Total Service and that's why I trust Curtis Total Service with all my Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Remodeling Needs. more

Curtis Total Service is a very convenient way to have repairs done as they inter-cooperate where needed between the different technicians. We recently moved and have had them do repairs on about 5 different projects- they ae great! The Office staff are fantastic from scheduling the service to calling and letting you know the tech is on the way or calling to let you know that there is a delay. NO Waiting and wondering about if the service tech will show!! That's a great part of their service. Highly recommend Curtis Total Service more

Total Scam Ripoff 7/28/2016

To fix a bath faucet leak and replace kitchen sink, I was charged $ 1,736.00. I am embarrassed to admit that how I got scammed. Very dishonest company and will never use them ever. RESPONSE FROM Curtis Total Service: We thank this customer for his review, however we quoted him the price of the job before any work was done. He agreed to the cost, picked out his materials and had us go get them and install them. We did have to modify the countertop, install the sink, strainer, install the kitchen faucet he picked out, we also rebuilt the shower valve in his bathroom. When the job was finished he told our tech he was very happy. No one was dishonest, this customer was completely informed of all charges and materials that were used and signed the contract prior to any work being started.Thanks! more

I would not recommend Curtis to anyone. 7/27/2016

I had a heat pump installed last October. Following this installation, my electrical panel couldn't take the extra load and I had to get this panel replaced at a price tag of $5500. When I did need the heat pump, my house was not getting cool. I had to call in Curtis who had to add freon to the unit. Next, all the rooms weren't getting cool and I had to call Curtis back. They had to tighten all the louvers in the attic. It was one thing after the next. Needless to say, I'm an extremely dissatisfied customer. A/C Broke Down on Hottest Day of the Year 7/27/2016

Awesome customer service. Came that day, and even two hours early and called to confirm. Fixed and repaired the same day. I did call other repair services prior because I was new to the area. They said it would be 4 weeks!! Yes, 4 weeks! I came across this company via their website and it was the best thing that could have happened! How often does that happen?? I can't thank this company enough for their excellent service. I am a super happy customer. more
