Truly Impressed Customer 5/10/2013

My experiance with Curtis Total Service was the BEST I have ever had with a plumber! He showed up on time, and took the time show and teach me about what needed to be done. He did an great job in a timely manner! I even asked for several business flyers and handouts to give to some of my friends and family. ( I usually do not leave reviews but I was so impressed! more

I contacted Curtis Total Service after discovering a water leak in the front yard. A plumber arrived in a couple of hours and gave an estimate. He was very knowledgible and explained the cause of the leak. The work completed was very labor intensive and they did a great job. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing services. more

With two little kids and a clogged kitchen sink it wasn't shaping up to be a good dinner. But they came quickly, fixed the problem easily and seemed fair. Will use them again! more

When it comes to getting a plumber, I never know where to start. I asked a friend who referred me to Curtis Total Service and a guy showed up the next day. He went right to work and did a great job. He also offered good maintenance advice for the future. I will definately use this company again. more

They just completed work at my home and they provided me with an initial quote and when the work was completed that was the price I paid. The technician did reccomend additional legitimate work at reasonable cost but I decided not to get that done. Overall a great experiance. more

I was really impressed with the service from Curtis Total Service. I was fortunate to be able to get their technician to the home to deal with a few plumbing issues at my home. I cannot count how many times our kitchen sink has clogged and how many bottles of Draino I?ve bought in the past couple years. It?s been an ongoing issue and I finally got fed up and called Curtis Total Service. Not only did they unclog and clean out the pipes but they replaced my crappy garbage disposal. So far it?s been over 3 months without any type of clog or slow drain! I wish I would have called sooner! more

Money Savings! 7/15/2012

Three Months ago I called Curtis Total Service because I got my water bill and it was twice as much as it should be. I had no clue where the problem was but I knew I had a leak so I called Curtis and they had a plumber inspect all my plumbing and they quickly found the leak was from the toilet in our basement that we never use. I couldn't hear it but the float wasn't working properly and water was quietly running all the time. They fixed the problem and I just got my water bill and it's back to normal saving me Hundreds! more

My Husband and I appreciate our established service with CTS because of the excellent, high quality in every job that has been completed in our house. It was very reassuring that John remembered working on our well in the past and he and Gary were so genuine in resolving the repair. It is very reassuring the CTS is there for us when we need them. Explained willing to pay the amount agreed upon not an amount that is double. Recommend getting everything in writing and using a charge card and not a check or cash for any deposits for work from this company. Do your research before going with them.? more

Bad company in LV. My hot water heater broke 2 years after Curtis installed it. Even though the heater was still under warranty, they said they would charge me $1100 to change out the old for the new even though it would only take 2 hours. This was more than the original parts+labor was. When I asked the manager to explain this discrepancy he said That s just what the price is. WAY OVERPRICED. Poor workmanship. STAY AWAY.? more
