No AC No problem 7/8/2014

I notieced ac wasn't working at night. I waited until the morning and called Curtis Total Service. I had an early afternoon appointment. The lady who I set appt with called to let me know they'd be on their way on time. They arrived and provide great service. The tech was smart and knew about my unit from past trips to the house. He fixed the unit, cleaned his workspace, and made sure I had cool air blowing! more

My wife woke up to no hot water. She wasn't happy. Luckily, I was off in the morning. I went online and found Curtis Total Serivce. They came to the house that same morning and replaced an element on the water heater. My wife was very happy when she came home and had hot water! more

Winter blues 3/25/2014

Just when I thought winter was done we got more cold and my heater stoped working. I called the Curtis Total Service company and they visited that same day and fixed it with the part on their truck. I was happy and luckly the winter will end soon!!!!!!! more

I called Curtis Total Service when my toilet was running because I had seen their trucks on the road a few times. I think they do a little of everything. I know they can fix toilets bc they did mine. The price was higher than I expected but the job was done quick and I havn't had a problem since.\r more

No HEat! 2/23/2014

My heater went out just as the storms hit, so I was disappointed when I started to contact repair places and was told their next availability was two days away! Then I called Curtis Total Service and they came out in the morning. They did good job and I was very happy to have heat again. more

When it rains it piurs. My called curtis to fix my furnace that broke down. Me and the kids were cold so I was happy when they arrived to fix it. As they were fixing my furnace a pipe burst in the another room because of the cold. The guy helped me turn off the water and then called the office and they had a plumber at the house to fix the pipe in an hour. I was happy with the paying for two repairs but at least they fixed everything. more

I called a few HVAC companies from online on a Sunday but none of them could come out to fix my heating unit the same day. Then I called Curtits Total Service and was given time for that afternoon. The service tech was able to promptly diagnose the problem and make the repairs. I was extremely happy with the service. more

I came home and my heater wasn't working. I called after 7:00 pm and I spoke with a real person and was called back by a technician in 5 minutes. I explained to him that I need my heater and he told me that he could come out that evening. I told him that was fine. He came right over and found that it was a burned out wire. He fixed the issue and I had heat! Fast and great work! I'll call them if anything else is needed more

I had a friend try to do some plumbing work at my home. It didn't go very well so I called a real plumber...Curtis Total Service. The plumber was really Friendly guy and the lady in the office was great too. She made sure to get me an appointment as quickly as possible to get the shoddy work fixed.\r \r The plumber was great and explained exactly what he did. If your in a bind, I would use Curtis Total Service.\r \r more

Curtis Total Service plumbers just completed work at my house to replace some old cast iron piping with modern copper and PEX. The work was done excellently. The work was completed timely and the plumbers were very friendly and nice. I recommend them highly.\r more

After 19 years in our home we needed our bathroom sink replaced along with a few other minor repairs throughout the house. I called Curtis Total Service for help. Our plumber from Curtis Total Service was thorough and took time to explain all the details. I was impressed with the extra attention he put in doing his job. He wore shoe covers when he entered our house and he made sure to wipe off any excess drips. The drain opened right up and he even used his drain camera to provide reassurance. Highly recommended! more
