Review content:
To fix a bath faucet leak and replace kitchen sink, I was charged $ 1,736.00. I am embarrassed to admit that how I got scammed. Very dishonest company and will never use them ever.
RESPONSE FROM Curtis Total Service:
We thank this customer for his review, however we quoted him the price of the job before any work was done. He agreed to the cost, picked out his materials and had us go get them and install them. We did have to modify the countertop, install the sink, strainer, install the kitchen faucet he picked out, we also rebuilt the shower valve in his bathroom. When the job was finished he told our tech he was very happy. No one was dishonest, this customer was completely informed of all charges and materials that were used and signed the contract prior to any work being started.Thanks!
