Than when I did ask your man to replace a cartridge in a Moan faucet that another employee of yours sad I could get free from Moan, he said would cost me close to 350.00 . Your garbage disposal was in need of replacement, you could call the company itself to see about repairs, however that company does not allow us to repair their disposals. The service was fast, efficient, clean and effective. I have no negative comments about the service.However I was charged twice what I paid my usual plumber and will use them again only if my usual plumber is unavailable or they lower their rates. more

Jacob and Jason came to our home Friday, July 28th, as part of our "Gold" service plan to check plumbing and electrical. Next Friday HVAC service person will be coming. After having Maitz Service for the last 20 years, we didn't know what to expect from Curtis. Well, we were delighted with the team that came! Jacob and Jason were helpful, courteous and engaging. My wife and I really liked them. Curtis installed a new oil furnace and ducts in our home this past February and did a fantastic job. We had this duo put an air scrubber on the furnace to help reduce contaminates in the air. We also had them install a new tub spout while they were here. They had parts needed on their truck, so didn't need to make an appointment to come back. We are going to have them install a new water softener system soon. I wish we would have dropped Maitz years ago because Curtis has been better as far as Customer Service, friendliness, pricing and competence! Thank you! more

My heat pump died in the middle of a heat wave. Response time was great and when it was determined that I needed a new heat pump it was quickly installed and I was back to a cool house. Matt was great and all the gentlemen who did the work were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and took care of make sure my house was left as clean as when they started. more

Called for service due to sewer blockage by tree roots at the street connection. Work to clear the line and the clean up in the basement was excellent. It was determined by the technician that my water softener also needed to be replaced. The next day it was installed. The only reason I did not rate the total experience a "5" was due to the pricing offered for service work and water softener. more

You always get what you pay for and with Curtis, that is what you get. Somethings may cost a little more, but you get a lot more service with Curtis. They come out on time, get the work done, clean up and you're back to normal more

The staff at Curtis Total Service came out for an emergency call. They were unable to fix the problem on the day we called them, but came back the next day to fix the problem - what I thought was the sewer line. They have great customer service skills and the work that they did provide was great. I was happy that I used them and would fairly recommend them to other people. They do good work and put in the effort to get the job done perfectly. more

This company in word is a robber. They don't even worth of one star. SERIOUSLY. But lack of negative or zero star, i had to pick 1. Literally they are robbers in the dress of service guys. They have made everything possible to rob people. I had a need to replace the shower cartridge valve and trim kit. One guy showed up yesterday gave me price of USD 416 to replace cartridge and USD 285, so in total 700 bucks to install a cartridge and a trim kit !!! I was speechless and furious. I said, so is this your rate? He said, this is the industry standard ! I do not know if this guys are living in this world or not, or if they do at all realize that USD 700 to replace a cartridge and trim kit is just so ridiculously crazy and kind of stab to the customers. I got the job done by the way with USD 280 later by another certified company based in Lehigh Valley. Guys, watch out, NEVER EVER even try to call this robbers Curtis Total Service. RESPONSE FROM Curtis Total Service: This customer attempted to do his own repair. Our trained technician offerd him a solution, and gave him our upfront price to make the repairs. We are sorry that this customer did not like our solution to his problem or our price. At Curtis Total Service we offer quality service with well trained technicians and have done so for 30 years. more

I think they do a great job. We have a contract with them, and they come out annually to do routine maintenance on our HVAC unit. So far, our HVAC unit is running well. When the service technicians do the routine maintenance, they arrive on time, they are friendly when speaking with us, and they make sure to get everything done quickly and without causing us any hassles. Overall, we are happy with their service, and we'll be using them again in the future. more

Workers are very professional, on time, respectful of my home, i.e wearing shoe covers, efficient and leaves the house with everything intact . As I wait for my next appt and can review my last two visits I question the cost for the work done in my tub, somewhat excessive. Curtis has been checking my systems for several years and just this year I am being told my tankless hot water heater was not installed to code! Two years ago a water softener was attached to this not to code system yet nothing was said then. I need someone to contact me and explain this issue. I need to know I am not just a gullible costumer! more

Technicians, were very polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and business professionals ... Put down drop cloths, and wore booties over their shoes to protect and keep our home clean ...
