Good thing I did, as 3 weeks later, one of the radiators broke and flooded small areas in 3 floors. Curtis responded, and did the radiator removal and ordering and installation of the new one, plus piping to it. They communicated well with my home insurance too. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Called for an outside emergency plumbing issue. Our guy was unprofessional by arriving 2 hours late and was very rude and rushed. He quoted what he was going to do and said he was going to add a shut off valve and patch up the ceiling. I hate to say this but very dishonest work. Shut off valve work quoted as additional price towards end of job when lead to believe it was already included the price. Open patch in ceiling saying our newly remodeled home wasn't up to code. Make sure everything is written down on contact. If he says he's going to screw a nail in make sure he writes it down on the contact. Called the very next day and no one ever came out like they promised. Please don't make the same mistake as me, go with someone else who doesn't have billboards on the highway from robbing people. RESPONSE FROM Curtis Total Service: I guess this is what people do when they have your company perform work, cancel their check thinking they don't have to pay for your services. This work was done last year. After going to legal for non payment, they were orderd to pay us last week. The entire review is nothing but nonsense because they had to pay us. We also do not have any billboards. That is another company. more

We have used Curtis on numerous occasion and have never had a problem. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Explained what they were going to do. Have always been on time and they clean up after themselves. Would recommend Curtis to any one who ask. more

called at 9:40 for non emergency. Was told they would come slightly after 11:00-1 PM that day. Arrived slightly before 11:00. Young man was knowledgeable,friendly, polite,wore booties to enter house. Checked furnace to see if that was causing my problem. Gave me his cell phone number so I could call him if I had questions. more

We had a very fast leaking bathtub faucet. The service tech covered all the options and costs involved. The problem was fixed with a little muscle and the threat of using WD-40 on my part. Very good experience. more

We lost water from our well. Called Curtis and they were here an hour later. Did I mention that it was 8 degrees and the wind was blowing 30 mph? They had it fixed in under an hour. There was only one glitch.......their office did not tell them that it was a well issue. But, I had a homemade pump puller, so they didn't need to go get their well truck. Jason was fantastic. They really earned their pay that day. Yes, I would recommend Curtis. Very professional, very good, very prompt. These were horrible conditions to work in for more than ten minutes. Didn't bother them, or at least they didn't show how MUCH it might have bothered them. Pricey, but right. Waaaay better than cheap and wrong. more
