Plumbing concerns 12/27/2017

As usual, on time, efficient n waiting a follow up for handles for the bathroom sink. Met the owners son, he has quite a legacy to fulfill when it’s his turn. I know the workers are skilled, efficient, very professional but I still don,t quite understand the costing of your jobs. The guys were here not even an hour, did a simple parts replacement and it cost $300! Now I,ll be facing the same thing when they return. And I,m a Gold member.!! more

Fast, Dependable and Really Care 12/22/2017

They were to my house 2 hours after I called in December, 2 days before Christmas fixed what other Service companies couldn’t, kept me informed and made recommendation. I will call Curtis Total Service again, I even have plans for them to come back already for other work. After the work was finished I had 2 people call me to ask how my experience was and make sure I am up and running again. Shows they are willing to go the extra mile! They are a little pricy but that does not stop me from calling them again because Curtis Total Service techs seam to be well trained and are very friendly. more

Very Expensive 11/24/2017

My appointment was scheduled for November 21, 2017 between 1:00 pm and 3:00pm. Nobody called or came to our home. I called the office at about 4:00pm to find out why or when someone would be here. I was told our appointment was November 28, 2017, as you know is this is not correct. I wasted the afternoon waiting for Curtis Total Service, hopefully, the 28th appointment will happen. Charged For Drive.. 10/17/2017

Tech unable to do a cleaning. He said I needed a new boiler. He charged me anyway. Though he could have easily given me a coupon for a free service call. He also pushed my washer into my pipe causing a leak. I told him to please pull it back as I knew it would cause damage..which it did. I should not have been charged at all. I will not be recommending Curtis at all..as I was unfairly charged. RESPONSE FROM Curtis Total Service: This customer had us out to perform a cleaning on her boiler. After the tech examined the boiler he offered her repair vs replacement. The unit is in very bad shape and was not worth repairing. After spending over an hour with her, including waiting while she took other phone calls, she finally decided not to do any work at all. She also had our tech move the washer because it blocked the boiler access and she was not able to move it. We have tried to contact you several times, please feel free to call our office to discuss further. Thanks. more

Great service and employee was great. 10/11/2017

Looked up for pluming in the phone book and chose Curtis Pluming. So glad we did. Scott came out that night and quickly went to work on the problem. He even had to do some of the work in the dark. On September 17th, Curtis Total Service replaced my heating and cooling system with a 16 seer Trane System. Curtis exceeded my expectations throughout all phases of my transaction, from initial sales consultation to installation completion. It has always been important for me to have confidence with the people I do business with not only at the time of sale but in future expectations for continuing maintenance and service. Curtis has earned my trust and I recommend them highly. All of the employees I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
