They were to my house 2 hours after I called in December, 2 days before Christmas fixed what other Service companies couldn’t, kept me informed and made recommendation. I will call Curtis Total Service again, I even have plans for them to come back already for other work. After the work was finished I had 2 people call me to ask how my experience was and make sure I am up and running again. Shows they are willing to go the extra mile! They are a little pricy but that does not stop me from calling them again because Curtis Total Service techs seam to be well trained and are very friendly.
