Called for service due to sewer blockage by tree roots at the street connection. Work to clear the line and the clean up in the basement was excellent. It was determined by the technician that my water softener also needed to be replaced. The next day it was installed. The only reason I did not rate the total experience a "5" was due to the pricing offered for service work and water softener.
