I knew of Curtis Total Service because they had done some work at my Mom's house, but this was my first time using their service personally. I called them on a Thursday or Friday night and they came right away. He told me what needed to be done and we ended up replacing the toilet. The fee was lower than a competitive plumber in the area. He put the order in and he was back promptly on Monday and completed the job in a short period of time. Everything has been fine since then and we are very satisfied. I would work with them again in the future.
