After calling for service, the technician arrived in 45 minutes to replace my water heater. It was leaking for about 2 hours and he determined I needed a new one. He returned the next morning at 10 AM as promised and completed the job by noon. I was happy with the quick response and excellent job he did. I would recommend them for plumbing needs.
