Every year when we receive our phone book, it comes with a magnet that is easy to attach to our appliance. We got a magnet from Bonney Plumbing and we decided to use them. The technician arrived on his apopinted time. There was a plugged up drain in the kitchen with outside service and Bonney Plumbing did a clean-out on it. The person took care of the area he worked near to make sure there was no water on the floor. He was clean and correctly uniformed. He also put booties on his shoes to make sure not to leave any marks on the house. He knew what he was doing, and he did the job within the designated time he told us he would finish by. This was the first time we used Bonney Plumbing and it was a very good experience! more

They have reintroduced old fashion service. 7/12/2011

I have been using Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service for the last two years, and I'm very pleased with them. They always show up when they say they will, and are very thorough. The service reps know what they are doing, and exhibit professionalism. They are great about explaining the pluses and minuses of any particular repair, and communicate very clearly. Bonney have done a variety of things for me--leaks, heating and A/C work, toilet fixture replacement, some re-piping. They seem very fair and straightforward. I'm glad that I heard their ads on the radio and decided to try them out. They are very honest, and that's not the easiest thing to find in a service provider these days. It's like they have reintroduced old fashion service. more

Very, very good. Can't say enough good things about them! 7/1/2011

First of all, there were two men out here from Bonney Plumbing. The first man was excellent. He was very good, but he did not have the equipment to do the job. Then another gentleman came out and he did the job really well, and really quick. He knew what he was doing. Both men were excellent. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY 6/27/2011

We called this company for a simple sink clog repair. The technician never showed up, and when we called to complain that no one had materialized, they were actually annoyed that we requested another tech be sent to complete the appointment. The phone staff repeatedly assured us (over a four hour period) that the tech would ""be there in fifteen minutes."" This company not only wasted critical work time, but was completely unprofessional and quite rude. We will never use their services again under any circumstance. more

The best experience you can have with a plumbing problem. 6/16/2011

I've used Bonney Plumbing for many jobs and have used them for ten years! I own two houses and two commercial properties, and they've come out to all four properties! I wish my businesses ran as nice as theirs did, my customers were satisfied as they were, and my employees were as happy as theirs were. They have a big base here in the Sacramento area because they're honest, fair, and reliable. Just like what they say about the Boys Scouts, Bonney Plumbing is trustworthy and loyal. I'm a general contractor and I can't do it as neat as they can. They're so inexpensive too! My first experience followed seeing their ad on the Yellow Pages, and after that first job ten years ago, I haven't used anyone since. Douglas Nauslar more

Good, affordable, and quick. 6/2/2011

Bonney Plumbing was pretty affordable, but when the guy went up there and a part broke that wasn't broken before it left me with a bit of distaste for them. Other than that, they had good rapport, they were quick, and they were polite over the phone. Sam Griffin more

Bonney be gone 5/30/2011

Not a good service. Had to change out the fuse to the air conditioner. Bonney replaced with the WRONG fuse. No...I did not call them back. If Bonney cant even do a simple job the first time around, there is NO way I want them to re-do or re-fix their mistake. Cant be trusted. I asked around for my neighbors' experience. One neighbor is PISSED at Bonnie for charging thousands on a job also not well done. more

Very pleasant, professional, and considerate of our time. 5/3/2011

We're very pleased with Bonney. They put in a heating and air conditioning unit. They came out very quickly and did it for us. It's very cold in December, and they were out here within the week to put it in and get our heat back. I don't do well with construction, and it's not usually a pleasant experience for me, but Bonney did a great job. They were very pleasant, professional, and very considerate of our time. Employees are courteous and efficient, but they need to get back to their customers for feedback. 4/14/2011

I wrote a letter to Mr. and Mrs. Bonney, complimenting them on their choice of employees. The young man that was here was very, very courteous, and very efficient. My only concern is that I thought they would call me back within a month or so, as I have a question, and I have to get back to them about the floor furnace. I would expect them to call me within a month or so to see if it was working at least. They didn't have to wait for their money, as I paid right up front, and that kind of customer deserves feedback as to whether they're satisfied or not, or if they have any questions! L. Amabisco more

Timely, good follow up, and good quality work. 4/12/2011

Bonney Plumbing and Heating has done several things for us. They did a water heater, furnace, and some plumbing work in the kitchen for me. I would rate the experience working with them as a 5 as well. They are on time, you get what you pay for, and they follow up. The quality of work is good; I have had no issues. more

Bonney Plumbing is fast and efficient. 3/3/2011

Bonney Plumbing was easy to schedule with. They gave me an appointment time with an hour window, not a generic "we'll be there between 8am and 6pm" kind of scheduling. He arrived on time and even gave me a courtesy call before he came. He was neat, clean and professional and ready to do the job. He even wore the shoe covers so he wouldn't track dirt back and forth. Professional, personable, and great response time. 3/2/2011

I actually called Bonney Plumbing after our technician left because I wanted to give him compliments. He was so professional and personable, and we able to discuss what we needed. He was very informative. I really liked him and the job he did. He replaced our hot water tank because it quit working. He also made sure everything was up to code and right for us. He found a leak in the wall outlet that goes to the hot water tank and fixed that. He was very qualified. It was our first time using Bonney Plumbing, and we would definitely call them again. They had great response time and a nice coupon offer. They will be at the forefront of our plumbing. more

I have used Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service for many years now and am very pleased with their work. They have done a variety of work for me, from fixing a clogged sink, garbage disposal, and toilets, to installing a new shower system and replacing pipes. They have always done the work that I expected them to do. There have been a couple of times when the price was a little higher than what I wanted to spend, but I was satisfied with their work. They've done what I asked them to do and they've done a good job, so I haven't called anyone else. I have never been disappointed with their work. Annette Hanna more

Bonney Plumbing, Heater, Air & Rooter Service were responsive to our calls and easy to schedule with. They gave us a warning call before they arrive. They arrived on time and ready to work. They had given us an estimate and that's what we ended up paying. I've been so used to feeling ripped off by businesses like these in the past, so this was actually a really pleasant surprise that there were absolutely no hidden costs. They were fair and trustworthy. I would definitely use their services again, and highly recommend them. more

Very pleasant experience. 1/12/2011

I came home from work one day and it was extremely hot in the house. We were having a problem with our AC, so we picked Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service out of the phone book and were very pleased with them. They had to fix the compressor so that our AC would work. They also ordered a motor and came back a week later to put that in. They scheduled a time with us and they were there at that time, which was excellent. This was a real benefit. I work in customer service, so I know how important it is. No Good 1/5/2011

I called Bonney about a drainage problem and they had a technician there very quickly. He told me that all he had to do was snake it and I would be back in business. Then he called me back and said that he needed to install a 4 inch clean out for the low low price of just under $1200.00! but wait, theres more. I would also have to pay the $85.00 service call. I told him we had a 4 inch clean out. After looking around the house sure enough there was a 4 inch clean out clearly marked. The tech then wanted to argue with me on whose it was, mine or neighbors. He told me many times he has been in this business for 15 years and knew everything about plumbing. It wasnt until I had to show him the neighbors until he believed me. Then he was adamant that it wasnt up to code and it needed to be replaced, even though everyone on the block had the same one. He also told me that the pipe bends in the wrong place and that should be fixed. I wasnt going to even ask about that since it was under concrete I knew it was going to be pricy. He snaked it and a nasty something came out and everything was good. Never use Bonney they can afford those commercials by the crazy prices they charge! more

My experience with Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service was very good. Our heater went out. It was about 30 years old, so we were expecting to go out, but it was a bad time. Bonney Plumbing put a whole new one in. They needed to replace everything because it was all so old. Now we don't have to worry about it for awhile. It is all running well. more

Job done to my satisfaction. 11/29/2010

The main line under our house failed and I initially hired someone else to root out the main line. However, I was not satisfied with the attitude of that other company, so I turned to Bonney to do the replacement. Everything turned out fine. The man who did the work, Sam, was very accommodating.
