Sunday service came early clean cut good customer relations. 9/1/2013

it always happens on Sundays Never during the week when everybody is open. there I was air went out sat. Night great ! after throwing stuff and foaming at the mouth it was still broke. Called Bonny Troy came out Its fixed thanks Troy good job. JEB more

Excellent 8/24/2013

From the time Lupe Espinoza walked into my house, he was friendly and courteous. I explained to him what was happening with my garbage disposal and he checked it and told me what the problem was. We discussed my options and I was given the prices. The disposal was replaced within a short period of time. Thank you Lupe for your service. more

Excellent Service 8/19/2013

Was very professional in dealing with my elderly mother. I'm her daughter and was out of town when we had an emergency plumbing issue. Rick called me and assured me that everything was going to be ok. He sent pictures of what was damaged and an estimate. Rick explained to me that when they have an elderly person, they are aware of them being scammed and they always call a family member prior to doing repairs. I was so happy they did this. Very very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. more

I would recommend Bonney Plumbing for All Service Needs 7/31/2013

I have a history with Bonney Plumbing, and it has always been good. I recently used their BAM service, and they sent out Troy Wachsnicht. I was truly impressed with this home services experience. Pockets Permit Money/No permits pulled 7/30/2013

I had Bonney Plumbing install an electric water heater at my county farm home in Solano CountyOct 2012 and a gas water heater in my rental in Dixon, CA on Feb 2012. Work looks good however, the contractor charged for the required permits but never filed them, they pocketed the money which was overcharged. I went to county filed a complant and was told I was responsible that the permit was obtained. Filed a complaint with District Attorney and was told no action unless 4-5 complaints. City has no complaint forms or concern.if seems. Bonney charged $163 and permit was only $39, County was $119 but Bonney charged $150.So if Bonney says and advertizes that that care of all the permits so do not be concerned, better check on them. The State Licensing Board had me submit two claims and will investigate. The State Assemblyman for this district says will look at law and review it as contractor seems to have found a way to fill their pockets. cheat the customer, and the cities and counties. more

Excellent service and tech!!!!! 7/26/2013

We just had our air conditioner serviced by one of Bonny's tech's, Lance. He was on time,, very courteous, and made our older A.C unit sound like it was new! We also saved alot money by taking advantage of the Bam plan!! Thank you for your great service and expertise, we will definitely refere you guys to our frinds and family!!! more

Feedback on Lupe Espenoza 6/28/2013

Lupe was very friendly from the time he arrived till the job (plumbing) was completed.Lupe was ask me questions regarding the clog that I would never have thought of.Give him 4 stars.He also asked about my BAM checkup which I will sched. at another time and would like Lupe to do that. Lupe is the 3rd person I've had contact with BPHA&RS. He is not a former Marine as I, but would treat him as a brother.**** more

Joey showed up right on time. Did a great job reviewing the paperwork and obtained permission to start. Went right to work, thoroughly explained what he found and made corrections as needed and was out of here. I enjoyed our little visit and was most happy with his attitude. more

A/C repair 6/18/2013

Our A/C needed repair and unlike others, Bonney came the day we called to assess the problems. Our technician Scott Kendrick's was professional, efficient,courteous and kept us informed of the issues as he went. Toilet replacements 6/14/2013

Sometimes we mess up, then it's Management's job to make it right. 6/12/2013

I'm happy to report that when things didn't go as planned and per Bonney's Reputation, the owner and manager made things right. Specifically, I had two areas needing work: plumbing and a new Heating & AC system. First, the sales person Mary S. (Home Performance Advisor)was outstanding in helping with everything including the SMUD financing, the follow up, and constant communications. She is a Champion. The next Champion was the plumber Dmitriy. He explained in detail what needed to be done and did it. He even diagramed what he did so I would better understand what he did under my house. Both of these individuals went way beyond the extra mile of expectations. Thank you. The crew putting in the H & AC had some issues...all of which was corrected by both Candice (owner) and the manager Bill. As it turned out, Bonney Pumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter came through with flying colors. They wanted to know if I had any issues, and what they could do to address and corrrect them. I thank you for taking a personal interest to be sure that I the customer was completely satisfied...and I am. more

Trenchless Sewer 5/27/2013

Just wanted to say we had a great experience working with Dmitriy. He was knowledgeable and explained what we need to do to replace our 65 year old sewer line. He was prompt and explained every step. Very pleased with his work and attitude. Great job Dmitriy. more
