Was very professional in dealing with my elderly mother. I'm her daughter and was out of town when we had an emergency plumbing issue. Rick called me and assured me that everything was going to be ok. He sent pictures of what was damaged and an estimate. Rick explained to me that when they have an elderly person, they are aware of them being scammed and they always call a family member prior to doing repairs. I was so happy they did this. Very very professional and got the job done in a timely manner.
