Great service tech. 10/26/2012

Although I found the price for services high, it is probably the going rate. The technician, Darryl Hutchinson, arrived not long after I placed a call to Bonney. Less than an hour from call placed until Darryl arrived. Really liked the quick service. Darryl was extremely quick to diagnose the problem, give us the options and do the work needed to get my mothers heating system working. He was patient with my mother, listened and answered all of her questions. Would have him work on system any time repair is needed. more

Dan and Darryl have serviced and repaired my AC and heater for several years and perform at a level to be admired by others. 10/25/2012

I recently had to have a new thermostat and condenser replaced. Dan did the initial work quickly finding a defect in the condenser which would have required another service call. My equipment is covered through their BAM program and I expect that future work will be performed in the same manner. Thanks Guys. more

Great service delivered with great expertise and friendliness 10/24/2012

Darryl Hutchinson did an outstanding job today in maintaining our heat pump unit. He checked the outside unit thoroughly, and quickly traced our trouble to a failing thermostat. He not only replaced the thermostat and programmed it, but also explained to us how to set it. In addition, he checked our filter which I had forgotten to clean. Throughout his visit, he maintained a very pleasant, cordial, and helpful attitude. He is by far the most outstanding HVAC technician we know. more

ON A FRIDAY NIGHT AFTER 8PM I PHONED BONNEY ABOUT A PLUMBING BACKUP INTO MY TUBS AND SHOWERS. I RECEIVED A CALL AT 7AM IN THE MORNING CONFIRMING BONNEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE BY 8:30AM. MARC MATHIS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS NOT ABLE TO UNCLOG THE SEWER LINE BUT WENT TO WORK DIGGING UP THE LINE UNTIL HE FOUND THE AREA WHERE ROOTS HAD INVADED AND STOPPED THE DRAINAGE. HE WAS ABLE TO REPAIR AND RESTORE SERVICE BEFORE 5PM EVEN AFTER DIGGING FOR 5 HRS. GREAT JOB BY MARC AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND BONNEY TO ANYONE! more

The service we received from Bonney Plumbing and their service rep, Alex B. , was excellent. He arrived as scheduled, reviewed the situation at hand and provided a solid plan to fix the plumbing issues. He explained everything he would be doing and showed me how the new items worked when he was done. He replaced the kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and leaky outdoor faucets. I was very impressed with the quality of work and that he left all the work areas very clean. Bonney and Alex B. delivered exactly what we needed. more

Fast great Service Again 9/26/2012

This is the 2nd time in a year I needed a plumber I have had to call Bonney plumbing for a repair. (Problem with shower valve) They sent the same tech as the last time as usual Igor B. explained the problem and how he would fix it. more

Courteous, fast, professional repair. 9/22/2012

I have been using Bonney Plumbing for over 6 years and they have never disappointed me. They are courteous and quick to respond. And, all repairs have been performed in a very professional manner. I have never had to call back for any repair. Whenever I have any type of plumbing problem, I call Bonney and ask them to send Gary Tuck to take care of my problem. I recommend them very highly. more

Leaky bathroom tub faucet repaired quickly and efficiently 9/21/2012

I was very pleased with Bonney, the technician was on time as scheduled. Jason the technicial was very polite, explained what was needed to service the job before he did any work, gave me a quote, we agreed and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Fantastic service...Steven Lee is the best! 9/19/2012

I called Bonney because I noticed water under two sinks in the house I just bought. Steven showed up and after looking around realized that the water wasn't from a leak...it was due to no silicone seal around the back of the sink. Steven gave me a tube of silicone sealer and told me how to fix the problem. He also noticed some clogged drains and not only fixed them but took the time to show me how to do so in the future. He also noticed a gas line outside that was in the process of rusting out. He cut and capped the line at no charge. He was very thorough and walked me though everything that he was doing. He showed me some problem areas and told me how to fix them myself (like putting better lines behind the toilets). I was very impressed with Steven's knowledge and his customer service. I will be recommending him AND Bonney to anyone that needs plumbing service!! more

Replaced our complete HVAC system and did a great job! 9/18/2012

We replaced our complete HVAC system and ended up having a bunch of ductwork done also. They stuck to the original bid and did excellent work. David L. and Rick M. explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They didn't take any shortcuts. The job took 2 1/2 days and they made sure we had cooling for the evenings between since we were in the middle of a number of days above 90 degrees. The company's service personnel are very professional and easy to deal with. We have already recommended them to our neighbors whose houses are the same age and will be needing upgrading shortly. more
