Great Customer Service and professional, experianced tech. 12/13/2012

Your tech Dmitriy Levko was great. Very professional, informative and patient. I could not have asked for a better person for the job. We just moved into our house to find a major issue with our main sewer line, which was buried under several inches of cement. Not only did he fix the problem in a timely manner, but gave me a full explanation of what needed to be done (and our options) every step of the way. When he was done it looked like nothing had ever happened. more

The technician Dwaine Douglas was extremely great with customer service and with the job he did. The quality was excellent, he cleaned up and put my flower bed back the way it was. I will ask for him by name next time I need your service again. Thank you Karen Massoni more

Professional and excellent service 12/11/2012

This was my first experience using Bonney service and I'm so glad I did. Lance explained the repairs needed willingly and thoroughly. I didn't feel like the company was trying to sell unnecessary products or service. I highly recommend Lance and Bonney Heating and Air. more

Heaters and AC ask for Lance 12/7/2012

Best plumbers in Sacramento 12/7/2012

If you need a water heater replaced, ask for Vitaliy! He did an excellent job, cleaned up after installing the new heater, and set up the appointment for the county inspection. He has a great deal of pride in his work. I would recommend him without reservation. more

The BAM program 12/7/2012

I just signed up for the BAM program today and am very impressed with the value. Joey, the technician who came to my home, was great. He was able to answer all my questions and clearly explained what he did and how the BAM program works. It is good to know my plumbing, heating and cooling needs will be taken care of professionally and the systems maintained which will save money in the end. more

Clogged drain 12/5/2012

Tech Rick sablan was very professional and extremely helpful in dealing with my clogged drains. He was very knowledgeable when it came to what the problem was and was very speedy in fixing the problem. I would recommend Mr. Sablan to all my friends and family. Mr. Sablan did a great job. more

Terrific Company! Excellent customer service. 11/22/2012

The day before Thanksgiving, my husband found a leak underneath the kitchen sink. It was a slow drip from a saddle valve on a water filtration system we've had for 20 years. The bottom of the kitchen cupboard was saturated, the drywall soggy, and the electrical outlet for the garbage disposal was wet. Igor and Mike came out and fixed the plumbing problem. We also took advantage of their BAM plan and had a few other potential problems fixed as well. Great guys, good communication, fair prices, and quality work. We're thankful for Bonney this Thanksgiving! more

Review for Water Heater installation by Dwaine 11/15/2012

Overall, we were very pleased with our decision to go with Bonney Plumbing. However, I will say that the price of the unit we purchased seemed a little on the high side, for a 40-gal.unit with only an 8 yr warranty! Dwaine, who installed the water heater, did a top notch job. He didn't cut any corners and made sure that every aspect of the job was done right. He's a good man and we appreciate the good work that he did. more

My garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Bruce arrived and discovered addional problems requiring immediate attention. He was professional and thorough; I'm very pleased. Date of Service: 10/10/12 Darryl Hutchinson was very pleasant and professional. He took care of my heating maintenance and was informative. He suggested some future repairs. I felt he was honest and he also came with shoe covers! Awesome! Im glad I bought the BAM plan and will continue to be a Bonney Customer. more
