Great Experience 4/28/2010

The plumber that was sent was able to fix my bathtub clog quickly! He was in and out within 30 minutes and I was charged a very fair price. Thanks! Pros: quick response and quick work while onsite more

Helpful and friendly. 4/16/2010

I called Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service because I had an issue with a tub-shower and fitting. I did not know that if you have a Price Pfister fitting you cannot put any Moen accessories on top. So the plumber came out and explained my options and the prices and we were able to find a solution that allowed me to use the parts I had already purchased. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They come when they say are coming. They don't say noon to four and then show up at seven. more

So far, real good. 4/1/2010

The young man who came out did a marvelous job. Bonney Plumbing took out my toilet, which was leaking around the seal, and installed a new one. The new toilet is working much better and more efficiently. They also replaced the toilet with one six inches taller. I am eighty-eight years old, and the larger toilet is more accessible for me. They did a good job. I couldn't ask for better. Merl Resler more

Professional, well-trained, on time. You can't ask for more. 3/10/2010

From my initial phone call with Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service, they were professional, nice and pleasant. The first person to come out, Darrel, was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and nice. And the crew that came out to install was again pleasant and professional. The were always asking what they could do for me. I was very impressed. I even wrote them a thank you note. They were just so nice. I needed to have an old, original wall furnace replaced and I got a very negative response from the first company I called. I then called Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service, and hired them to take out the old wall furnace and install a central heating and air system. They were speedy and swift. They said they would be here at 7:30, and they were here at 7:30 sharp. They said they would be done by Friday, and it was done. They did everything they said they would do. And they even brought us heaters to use until the job was done. They gave us a quote and even when they determined they needed additional parts, they never deviated from the price they quoted. But I would not say it is all about price. I don't know if they were the highest or lowest. It is really all about how they represented themselves, and how they were willing to help and solve issues. When people treat you like that, that is who you want to do business with. Jackie Flood more

You can rely on them. 3/3/2010

I had a tough plumbing situation and I found Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service in the yellow pages. I had a blocked up sewer line and the blockage was in a tough location. The plumber, Dimitri, explained the complexity of the problem but assured me he would find a way to fix it. It was a difficult situation and he really went out of his way. I actually called Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service and told them what a great job Dimitri did. The staff at Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service are friendly, reliable and they provide very good service. Joerg Schulze-Clewing more

Happy with and encouraged by the service provided by the technician. 2/12/2010

This was my first experience dealing with Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service for a plumbing issue at the church. The technician was very personable and responsive. I was happy with the way he communicated what he was going to do and how he did it. He did a good job and, when we had problem, he came back and fixed it. So far, everything has been fine. more

We had a new H & A system installed in a 45 year old home presenting lots of challenges. 2/4/2010

The age of our home presented a problem and the first heating unit was not a good one for our house. The folks at Bonney did their homework and completely corrected the problem. They pulled out the first unit and placed a wonderful YORK unit in and it was a lot of extra work for them. They stayed with their estimate and really went far beyond with new ducting and construction. Great job!!! more

Pleased with efficient service. 2/2/2010

We were pleased with the young man from Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service who came over and fixed our heater. He saw what the problem was right away and fixed it very quickly. We have not had any problems with the heater since then. more

They get the job done. 1/20/2010

This was my first experience with Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service. I hired them to repair a broken water pipe, which turned out to be a big job in which they had to redo the pipework. I dealt with Mike and liked his professionalism. Bonney did good work. They were very knowledgeable, clean, and professional. They get the job done. more

Very pleased with the work they did. 1/15/2010

I had a very good experience with Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service. The man who came out to work on my plugged sink drain was very nice, gentlemanly, and explained things to me. In addition to fixing the drain, he also changed the faucets and fixed a couple of other leaks that I had in the house. I appreciated the work that Bonney did and I did not find anything wrong with them. They actually gave me a discount on the price, though I still did not expect it to cost as much as it did. I guess that prices have just gone up since I last used a plumbing service. Overall, I was very pleased with the work that they did and do not have any leaks or problems now. Veri Hansen more

Unprofessional Plumer and Management 5/13/2009

Called Bonnie plumbing as I had an unknown leak that I thought was under my raised floor area. I had shut off the water to the house and removed all standing water in through the crawl space under my home. As soon as the plumber arrived, he said there was no way he was going under the home to inspect. Yes it was wet, however he did not seem like he wanted to get dirty. The plumber never diagnosed the issue and performed a pressure test without my authorization. I was left with a $65 dollar charge for a trip charge and pressure test. Called management twice and never called back!! more

They don't guarantee their work!!! 4/1/2009

We had the same problem after 24 hours that Bonney claimed that it has been fixed. We called numerous times but can't get helped. Finally asked for one of the owners. Finally reached the wife but she said, ""she has too many other things to take care of so she needs to refer me to her husband"". The husband sent another plumber but the plumber can't fxi the problem. Company trying to charge $700 for a new toilet. Left several messages to owner but has not returned my call or reimburse my money. more

Working mother of 2 10/18/2007

My hot water heater went out on a mid Friday. PG&E was not only unsympathetic that I had 2 small children, they insisted the earliest someone can come by to fix my water heater would be the following Thursday which would have left us without hot water for almost a week in this cold weather! I immediately remembered an ad for Bonney Plumbing and called them. One of the owners answered the phone, and she was extremely warm yet professional to talk to! I explained my situation to her, and she said a guy was just coming out of his lunch break and will be there right away. A very friendly and upbeat serviceman came within 20 minutes of that phone call and fixed my water heater in 15 minutes! The service from the initial phone call to the completion of the job took less than 45 minutes! Unbelievable service, extreme empathy towards their customers needs, excellent response time, and very professional yet comfortable and friendly employees all in one business! They were amazing in eve more

Charged an incredible $992 for what should have been $250, tops!!! 8/13/2007

Imagine this: Your kid flushes a toy down the potty and plugs it up. You call Bonney Plumbing and the guy they send out convinces your wife, who's home with two screaming kids, that you need a new toilet because he can't dislodge the toy from the bowl side. Your wife can't get ahold of you, so she takes his advice. Then, he installs a new toilet for.... $585!!!!! The old toilet was perfect, it just had a toy stuck in it that could have been removed from the bottom side.\r \r By the time your wife gets ahold of you, he's got the new toilet in, so it's a little late to have him remove it. Then, you chat with him about a PRV that needs replacing on the outside of the house. He says it'll cost $407 dollars, with the "preferred rate" that he's kindly giving you. It seems sky high, but he assures you that the metals in the PRV are very expensive these days. So, you just want it done, and you're not sure what the reality is, so you have him do it. Later, you realize that this part costs about $ more

Good Service 6/19/2007

Very good service. thanks\r Much of the plumbing work in populated areas (cities, towns, etc...) is regulated by government or quasi-government agencies due to the direct impact on the public's health, safety, and welfare. Plumbing installation and repair work on residences and other buildings generally must be done according to plumbing and building codes to protect the inhabitants of the buildings and to ensure safe, quality construction to future buyers. If permits are required for work, plumbing contractors typically secure them from the authorities on behalf of home or building owners. more

Outstanding workmanship and customer service! 6/13/2007

I have used the services of Bonney Plumbing for my homes and my office for the past 3 years. From the moment you call this company, you can feel the difference in quality. They are courteous, professional, and their plumbing work is excellent. Unlike other trades who have done work for me, each of the plumbers from Bonney Plumbing have been very polite, well-groomed, and prompt. They have been organized, efficient and respectful of my time and my property. They carry alot of parts with them and can do the job on-the-spot. The job site has always been left neat and clean. A recent water heater replacement required a building inspector to sign off on the work. The inspector praised the work of Bonney Plumbing and stated that their Building Inspection office knows they'll see quality work when a job has been done by Bonney Plumbing. To me, that comment speaks volumes about the skill and quality of workmanship of this company. Also, their rates are very competitive with other professio more

Terrible Customer service!! 5/16/2007

I just had a terrible experience using Bonney Plumbing.\r I called them because they advertise "Free Estimates". I got an estimate & asked many questions as to what would actually be performed for that price. The response I got was a jargon filled & somewhat unintelligible answer (the plumber english was heavily accented). Assuming that actual repairs needed to be done on the tub spout plumbing line (since I had tried to replace the part myself without success due to an unusual part size) I signed the paperwork.\r He was done in about 5 minutes. I was astounded (in a good way at first). Then I noticed that he tried to keep the box the new part came in. I stopped him & asked if I could have it. As he finished his paperwork I read the package...\r I then realized that all he had done was put a new spout on! I said that to him "All you did was put a new spout on? Nothing else?" He replied yes, that was all he did. To which I said I could've done that , I thought you were removing & adding so more

Price Change 8/19/2006

We recently contracted with Bonney Plumbing to install two toilets in a home I co-own (with one of the residents)in the Sacramento area. The quoted price seemed a little high but, after research, it proved competitive. When the installer arrived, he said the toilets would need flanges because tile had been installed under the toilets. (I have owned several homes, and installed tile has always been installed to the drain hole, not to the base of the toilet. The tile was not installed after the estimate was made.) The price of the flanges was quoted at $350 each! The resident who spoke with the installer was not prepared to accept (or pay) this additional charge and said she would have to rethink the toilet installation. At that point, apparently after calling his store, the installer decided the flanges would not be needed. The toilets have been installed and apparently are working as they should. The residents of this home are living on extremely limited incomes and Bonney Plumbing sho more

No Probs Here 11/8/2005

We recently had a plumbing problem. We selected Bonney because we had heard their ads on the radio and we knew that they charged by the job not by the hour. We also needed a place that accepted credit cards, which they do. We made an appt for the next day between 12-3. They came just after 2 and fixed our problem. We have had no problems with it since. They seemed to have rates that are comparable with other plumbers. more
