Vitaliy Ivanov came out to check our water heater. He explained everything he was going to do and gave us an estimate of cost. He throughly explained our options and did not pressure us one way or the other. Did a great job and we couldn't be happier. more

Bruce did an outstanding job and for one of the most particular people you may want to meet. I actually went without hot water for 2 days to have Bruce take care of replacing my hot water heater. I found Bonney to be not only oustanding in service but I find their prices fair, compatible in the industry and the techs ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THE HECK THEY ARE DOING!!!! I really appreciate the pricing because they let you know what you are going to pay as soon as they evaluate the problem and won t play games with pricing like some other reputable companies out there. Craig is the best! We had a huge issue with our land park home because of the older pipes and it took him two days but because he was tenacious and like I said the Techs KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, the next day, as promised, he arrived early and figured out the issue! Oleg arrived within two hours of our our initial call to Bonney and did a great job of finding the leak quickly and making repairs efficiently. He was very polite and knowledgeable and cleaned up the whole area before calling the job finished. more

I feel that he told us what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. If the cost was to high to me, I would susmit to omit one or two items to be fixed at a later time, this was agreed too. He then completed his work. We had our plumbing system replaced by Bonney. I think the 2 gentleman, Gabriel and Israel, were great. It was a big job and it took them 2 days, they could have improved by having another set of guys to take less time. Every experience with them has been good though. They come on time, are efficient and did a good job. Happy with the work. more

First before i give review i would like to tell you about myself. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Hawaii. I have sold 400 houses and in 2009 August i came down with Leukemia. I have hired people for just about every job imaginable. I was very satisfied with Bonney Plumbing. I called Bonney Plumbing at 6:30am on Friday the 31st of Aug. My call was returned at 7:10 am by a very courteous woman. At 8:25 am Steve showed up ready to go. He crawled under manu. home immediately and identified problem. Our air conditioner went out on a Friday evening during the heat wave. We called another AC company and left a voicemail, and by Monday we hadn't heard anything back. We called Bonney and an hour later they came and someone was working on the problem. We were extremely pleased with the quick response. more

Bonney plumbing has come to my residence several times,once was an emergency at all times the work was performed very profeessionally. Today I had to have work done on my kitchen sink,Mr Steven Lee performed the repair.He explained in great detail what had to be done and did an excellant job.Overall your prices are a bit high,but your work is excellant .I will use Bonney plumbing for my future needs. I called your company (Bonnie Plumbing and Heating Repair) to come and check out our toilet which was leaking. I called you because I felt you were a reputable company and was under the impression that I would know upfront how much it would cost before they started working on it (advertised on the truck). The gentleman came out and quoted a price of $200 (which I thought was high) just to take the toilet off and put it back on again. In addition, he wanted me to sign up for your BAM Membership which was $99, which would give me a 15 discount off the price plus when the Air Conditioning person came, my diagnostic would be waived because I had a membership. My husband and I decided to go ahead. It was high, but we would go ahead and agree to that (which meant I needed to sign a paper). Once the toilet was off, he informed us we now needed a new toilet flange which was an additional $333.70 (with my discount). Now our total just went up to $602. At that point, we told him that was very unacceptable. I could buy a flange for $14.95. We just felt it was outrageous. At that point, he proceeded to tell me we needed to pay $103; the only thing he did was take the toilet off. We told him not to do put the toilet back on; just leave it where it was. more

We had an issue with our heater and the repair man from Bonney came and he worked on it and it turned out to be the fan wasn't blowing hot air in. He stuck with it until he fixed it and when he determined the problem, he saved us some money and fixed it at a low cost. I think highly of our technician, he is a good person. We had him come out to do the annual checkup on our air conditioner and he fixed a blade on that as well. The people here are honest and good at what they do. more

Bonney arrived early in the morning about 8am and they finished about 3:45. They put an air conditioner on my roof, they took every vent off and did soemthing to it in that time. They were very courteous, polite and business-like. It was an all around great experience, even Daryl our first contact we had, was communicative and pleasant. He was very agreeable and nice and everything we've had done with him has pleased us. I will definitely spread the word. more

I called Bonney at 11:30am and by 2:15pm that same day he had finished the project. I was remodeling my bathroom in our 40 year old house and when I removed the old toilet the base below it cracked and I needed to have it repaired or replaced in some way. The technician Egor was neat and tidy and professional. I am now a member of the Bonny Service and it gave me a better deal on the service-I would call them again, definitely. more
