I was pleased with his work and helpful tips. My only complaint with this company was the lack of availability when trying to reach someone on the phone to schedule an appointment, and then the long time it took to get someone here. I called at 7am but the phones were not answered until 9am. Then I was promised someone would be there between 11 and 3pm, but no one came. When I called back, I was told I'd have to wait between 3-7pm. So this kind of wasted a whole day, but once he finally did come, his work was very professional and well done.
