Best Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning in Town! 4/30/2012

I have been using Bonney for over 20 years, and the consistently great attitude and professional prowess puts them lightyears ahead of the closest business. They really have no competition. I had mainly used them for new toilet installs, and hot water heaters, but after installing a two-floor air conditioning and heating project, they really met every challenge by making sure it was done right before they left. ALL of their employees are nice, well-dressed, and friendly, while still maintaining the highest goals of customer service. I know of no business, including my own, that exemplifies excellence like Bonney. more

Always responsive and professional. 3/30/2012

Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service have always provided really good service. I think they have good prices, although I have nothing to compare them to, I have never been overwhelmed by their prices. Whenever I call them, they come out right away. They have never put me off. They get here quickly and figure out what the problem is and do what can be done to take care of it. more

Quick, quality response to Christmas Day Plumbing Disaster 3/7/2012

On Christmas or Christmas Eve about 2 years ago we had a lot of family over and our water softener became unusable. The piece, we discovered, was not soldered to any piping or the wall so we were actually using buckets to collect leaking water from the walls. Not ideal for Christmas festivities. We called Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service and they were able to come out that day. They soldered the softener, saved the day, and I haven't had a leak since in the two years since their work. I would recommend them for their quality work and timely response. more

Professional, excellent experience. 2/24/2012

The tech Bonney sent was very good. He was a nice guy, and he came out and did a good job. I'd give a positive rating for the whole experience. I chose them because I heard their ads on the radio. I called for work on my air conditioning, and they sent a guy over the same day. He was a really cool guy. He was not rushed, spent time going through everything, and told me the price upfront. When he was done it was a nice, clean, professional service. The price was a little higher than some other places out there, but we got better service for it. That's the trade-off. Do you want a sketchy guy in a beat up truck or professional people with excellent service? more

I was very pleased with them, but I won't go back to them after my last experience. 2/3/2012

We called Bonney Plumbing and had an estimate done for a shower. Not only were they an hour late, but the estimate was $2100. I had four other people come in with estimates with quotes ranging from $250 to $350, and the guy I hired did it in about 3 hours when Bonney Plumbing said it would be an all day job. I called Bonney the next day to complain about all of this, because I couldn't see how they could justify the cost and time they estimated. I wouldn't go back to Bonnie Plumbing. Prior to that I had all kinds of service calls with them, and I was very pleased with them, up until that one point. more

Good or better than most! 1/11/2012

We had a sewer line collapse and Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Rooter Service came and tore up my driveway, yard, and everything else. We had some broken sprinkler heads and damaged bushes, but considering it all, it could have been a lot worse. We had been using Bonney Plumbing a lot before and we were pleased with what they did and their timing. We knew them and used them. Use Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Rooter Service! They're good or better than most! more

I feel that Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service was very helpful. They had to fix the pipe from the house to the tank. I think overall they were professional and did a good job fixing the issue. I called Bonney and they referred me to septic and pumping for another issue and that seemed to work. more

Everything was great. 12/8/2011

Bonney Plumbing is always great. That's why we always call them. Their work is expensive, but it's amazing too. Everything was great. They're clean, they cleaned up, and they wore booties on their feet so they wouldn't track on the carpet. Again, everything was great, though I did think it was really pricey, but you do get what you pay for. more

My house is warm for the first time in 30 years. 12/2/2011

Bonney was great. The only issue is that I thought they would call to check up on me, but I haven't heard from them. My heating and air conditioning unit crashed and they were the first people I called who actually paid attention to the fact that the big problem with the heat and air was not the unit so much as it was the fact that there was no duct work. They completely replaced the ducts, and afterwards the house was warm for the first time in 30 years. As far as the value of their service, I'll know when I see the next electrical bill, but I'm sure it was worth it. more

Fixed unit cleaned unit for xtra and left and now not working 11/11/2011

This company overcharges and charges for each item they replace. Example cost of parts $25-45 Labor 275. time spent .30 minutes plus wanted a 89.95 diagnostic fee. Some of the reviews I read about this company sound pretty bogus. Had a plumber also come out and gave me indivudual estimates that totaled over $1200. for time estimate of .45-1.5 hours...Some one want to explain this massive overcharge/cost to me...Higher priced than a high end bay area lawyer ...recommend NEVER more

A company you can rely on! 11/8/2011

I think I first heard about Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service through their advertising on the radio. I first called them last year, and they did really good work. They came to service my system and it worked really well. They had to replace a motor and I didn't have to call them back out, so the work was well done. Recently, they came out to do another service and the tech noticed my system was leaking air, so he was able to button it up so as not to be inefficient. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. more

It turned out perfect, and the guy who did it was excellent. 11/1/2011

Bonney Plumbing came in and put new insides in my toilet. They also hooked it up to where I could have a shut the water valve off. They put in a little valve because I live in a condo and this way I could have access to the shutoff. It turned out perfect, and the guy who did it was excellent. He was personable, and he just made me feel comfortable. I got to watch him do everything, and he was just outstanding. more

DO NOT CALL BONNEY 10/10/2011

BEWARE! BEWARE!\r \r 0 - Stars\r \r $150 - $7000 - in estimated costs\r $30,000 a month quota per technician - \r \r In August our main sewer line backed up. It's and old clay pipe line. I called Bonney Plumbing and a tech was sent out. For $150 he snaked the line, roots were pulled out and he was able to unclog the line. He suggested video taping the line at a cost of $250 to see exactly what and where the problem was. I declined. He estimated $1200 - $5000 to repair and or replace. He said with roots in the line he guaranteed it would clog again within the next 3 months. He also said Bonney Plumbing has a 30 day warranty on their work.\r \r Three weeks later the line had backed up again. Another Bonney tech came out. After several attempts to unclog the line, he could not get the line cleared. He estimated $2500 - $7000 to repair and or replace. He then determined where the problem area was and said he would be back early the next morning to dig it up and do a "spot repair" at t more

I tell the inspectors that Bonney Plumbing did it, and they just sign. 10/6/2011

I've always had a wonderful experience with Bonney Plumbing. I've had them put the sewer in, they put in a new air conditioner, they put in a new furnace, they put in a new water heater, and they fixed my leaking toilet. From the fist experience I ever had with them they were the ones that I always used. They have always been very cordial, very professional, and I enjoy watching them work. I'm always out there watching things and talking with them, and they have been very forthcoming. They have also been very good about telling me when the inspector would come and what I should do. I've appreciated Bonney Plumbing. They seem to care a lot for their customers and their service, and it shows in the type of people they hire to come out and to the work. Everything always passes inspection from the county inspectors. When they know it's Bonney Plumbing, they just seem to sign off very quickly. They don't take any time at all. In fact, they don't even need to come in the house! I just tell them Bonney Plumbing did it, and they just sign. more

Good service, and won't give up until it's fixed. 9/7/2011

Bonney Plumbing had good service. It was a little bit on the expensive side, but the service was good. The guy that came out was real good too. Basically, he was having a difficult time finding out what was going on, but he kept on persisting, and kept on persisting, and kept on persisting, and finally he got the problem fixed. He didn't give up. more

Friendly, professional, quick and efficient! 9/6/2011

We've used Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service several times over the past four years. They've done indoor plumbing as well as more extensive and expensive plumbing for us. Most recently, they installed a new main water line from the house to the street. They got to the work quickly and efficiently. We'd definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anybody! more

We called Bonney Plumbing on a terrible rainy day with a plugged drain. They were out the same day and did an excellent job clearing it for us. We found them in an ad, and this was our first time using them. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. It was a great experience. Gene Yeager more
