Darryl Hutchinson did an outstanding job today in maintaining our heat pump unit. He checked the outside unit thoroughly, and quickly traced our trouble to a failing thermostat. He not only replaced the thermostat and programmed it, but also explained to us how to set it. In addition, he checked our filter which I had forgotten to clean.
Throughout his visit, he maintained a very pleasant, cordial, and helpful attitude. He is by far the most outstanding HVAC technician we know.
