Review content:
I called Bonney about a drainage problem and they had a technician there very quickly. He told me that all he had to do was snake it and I would be back in business. Then he called me back and said that he needed to install a 4 inch clean out for the low low price of just under $1200.00! but wait, theres more. I would also have to pay the $85.00 service call. I told him we had a 4 inch clean out. After looking around the house sure enough there was a 4 inch clean out clearly marked. The tech then wanted to argue with me on whose it was, mine or neighbors. He told me many times he has been in this business for 15 years and knew everything about plumbing. It wasnt until I had to show him the neighbors until he believed me. Then he was adamant that it wasnt up to code and it needed to be replaced, even though everyone on the block had the same one. He also told me that the pipe bends in the wrong place and that should be fixed. I wasnt going to even ask about that since it was under concrete I knew it was going to be pricy. He snaked it and a nasty something came out and everything was good. Never use Bonney they can afford those commercials by the crazy prices they charge!
