Review content:
I wrote a letter to Mr. and Mrs. Bonney, complimenting them on their choice of employees. The young man that was here was very, very courteous, and very efficient.
My only concern is that I thought they would call me back within a month or so, as I have a question, and I have to get back to them about the floor furnace. I would expect them to call me within a month or so to see if it was working at least. They didn't have to wait for their money, as I paid right up front, and that kind of customer deserves feedback as to whether they're satisfied or not, or if they have any questions!
