Worst

While the interior was gorgeous and relaxing...the service was snotty and the massage was annoying. My massuse talked the entire hour and the massage was one of the worst ive eve...

I had a package which included a massage, facial, pedicure, and manicure. The massage area, while interesting, was cold and unprivate. I never could relax b/c I was so cold. Moving on to the facial-- amazing!! A truely pampering and relaxing service. By the time I was sent to get my nails done-- they were near closing--I felt rushed, my technician was unfriendly, almost rude. As the staff cleaned up, grabbed their purses and left-- I felt I didn't recieve the experience I may have if my appointments were earlier... which didn't seem right. The total time of my services did not add up to the advertised time I paid for. I would definately return for the facial--- but would be more prone to try a different salon, b/c of the lack of service I ended up with. Pros: facials Cons: cold more

DON'T BOTHER 2/8/2006

Poor scheduling had my massage on 3, followed by wrap on 2. Friend's massage was on 2. After my massage I walked down a hall, took the elevator down; removing any chance of a relaxation. Should've had both services on 2. My friend's massage should've been on 3. Where I had my massage was so hot they opened the windows; I heard every siren/horn that went by. Masseuse not personable; average massage. Where I had the mud wrap was freezing, I shivered so hard any tension removed by the massage returned. She said she's asked for space heaters (as other spas have). Guess they don't care. It was like an assembly line. While people weren't nasty, they didn't make me feel like a valued customer. I was just another number with a credit card attached to it. The place is beautiful, but I don't see how they stay in business. Pros: decor, clean Cons: dispositions, toooo big, service more

I did something awful to my hair, and Toppers was the only place that was A. Open late enough to accomodate me and my work schedule B. Willing to give me a quick fix for my hair. So when I went back the following week to get my hair done, my stylist, Brian, who goes by B.C., was friendly, colored my hair exactly how I asked, and made me look the best I have ever looked walking out of a salon. Please go here, and get him to make you look fabulous. Pros: Clean environment, Open late (till 7), amazing staff Cons: expensive more

So if you go to Toppers for a facial, you MUST see Alissa. She is fairly new there but pleasant and very skilled. She gave me a great facial and then did a fantastic eyebrow wax. I would definitly go back to her. She also gave me some great tips on what products to buy! Also for massage Randy is awesome. more
