Review content:
I had a package which included a massage, facial, pedicure, and manicure. The massage area, while interesting, was cold and unprivate. I never could relax b/c I was so cold. Moving on to the facial-- amazing!! A truely pampering and relaxing service. By the time I was sent to get my nails done-- they were near closing--I felt rushed, my technician was unfriendly, almost rude. As the staff cleaned up, grabbed their purses and left-- I felt I didn't recieve the experience I may have if my appointments were earlier... which didn't seem right. The total time of my services did not add up to the advertised time I paid for. I would definately return for the facial--- but would be more prone to try a different salon, b/c of the lack of service I ended up with.
