RUN! The Service is AWEFUL! I was amazed to read below that another person had this same issue with the SAME employee - and she was still employed!!! My consultant Amy never introduced herself - I had to ask her name at the end of our appointment, and she was dressed very tacky. My mother and maid of honor were made to sit in a very confined space with their back to a wall, and their knees to a curtain - in separate corners, with stacked chairs between them. They weren't offered any other option (help me into dress, stand, etc.). I made the appointment weeks in advance - you would think they could have made a bit better accommodations. Amy NEVER picked out a dress - I grabbed 9 quickly when we first arrived, not realizing their were a LOT more in other areas of the building, yet Amy never offered to look, or pull any more (""if you can't find a dress within 8-10 dresses then...""). She NEVER once offered a proper bra (I was forced to try to use my bra, or nothing), a slip, any sort of head piece or veil, never asked about what type of shoes I would be wearing, and never, NEVER helped me into a single dress (removed it from the hanger and handed it to me). She didn't do anything for us, that we couldn't have done for ourselves! And the whole appointment felt like we were a huge inconvenience to her day.\r \r She also made rather offensive, and sarcastic remarks to my mother. (""that's a matter of opinion, not a fact"")\r \r When I found a dress I liked a lot (wasn't 100%) she immediately went into sales mode. It was all pressure and numbers about what it would cost, but I could only get a good deal if I bought it before I left the building! This was my first bridal visit anywhere - I didn't appreciate the pressure - AT ALL! Plus - after the lack of service she provided, quite frankly, I wasn't about to give her the satisfaction of my sale.\r \r One of the dresses she had me try on - actually had a pretty bad spray tan stain on it. When I brought it to her attention she said - NO JOKE! ""Oh, that's easily cleanable - you can just take it home and use a Tide stick"".........\r \r Lesson learned - I will NEVER return!\r more

We drove 4 1/2 hours from Michigan to find a wedding dress for our daughter. What we encountered was the experience nightmares are made of. The sales representative (Amy) was condescending, argumentative, and downright rude. She made faces behind our backs to the other sales worker. She shows no respect for even the wedding dresses she brings to show our daughter. She drags the dresses across the floor, up the stairs, and literally throws them down on the floor. Her only concern was us to sign a sales slip. She said the area we were from was like another country. She seemed to want to initiate an argument with us. The others working there were not much better. The Wedding Shoppe was on Grand Avenue, St. Paul, MN. I would want to warn others about this place. more

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE WEDDING SHOPPE,I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.THEY HAD THE ORDER WROTE UP WRONG,THE WEDDING PARTY HAD TO RETURN 3 TIME'S,SOME TRAVELING MORE THAN A HOUR TO THERE,THEY WOULD ALSO JUST REFUSE TO REPAIR OR OUTER A GARMENT FOR THE GROOM,TIL WE ALL DEMANDED IT BE FIT RIGHT,THEN THEY DID.SOME DID NOT RECIEVE A VEST, SOME THE WRONG SHIRT,THEY WROTE UP AND GAVE THE WRONG SHOES, THE FITTING ROOM ARE NOT PRIVATE WHAT SO EVER AND NO WHERE TO HANG YOUR PERSONEL CLOTHING,NO HANGER THERE EITHER. SO BE WARE OF THIS SHOPPE,THEY ARE'NT WHAT THEY SAY. more

I ordered the bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming July 2013 wedding. I live in Nebraska and searched high and low for the perfect dresses. I found a beautiful Bill Levkoff chiffon dress but it was $200 at every store I went to near home. I found The Wedding Shoppe's website and ordered that same dress through them. The dress was $140 through The Wedding Shoppe. I was happy that each of my bridesmaids could save $60!! The dresses took the full three month wait I was quoted but they arrived by the date they told me and they look gorgeous! more

This was my third visit...my dress had arrived! I was a little nervous for this appointment since I hadn't seen the dress in 8 or so months and my last visit wasn't as pleasant as the first due to some confusion on my custom sash. I was greeted and my guests and I were escorted upstairs where my dress was waiting. After putting my dress and the sash on Kim, my original consultant from 8 months prior, saw my name in the appointment book, remembered me and came up to take a peak at the dress and sash she helped me pick out. Immediately she noticed the custom sash wasn't what we discussed or ordered. I couldn't believe that not only did she remember my name she remembered the details of my first appointment. Kim and the other ladies were so kind and made me feel special as if I was the only bride there. Kim and her staff took their time with me....bringing me a variety of veils, head pieces and jewelry to pick from. ALL of my concerns and needs were addressed and I feel completely confident in my selections. Thank you Kim for all your attention to detail and for making me feel so special. I am looking forward to my upcoming fittings:) more

I found the prices for the bridesmaids dresses we were looking for to be phenomenal compared to boutiques prices. However, once it came to placing our orders online it all went downhill. I payed an additional fee to have the dress ""rush cut"" delivered (7-8 weeks) but came to find out there was an additional 2 weeks of ""processing & delivery"" they failed to mention. In addition, I had to contact them to verify if an estimated day of delivery had even been established (10 business days after the order was placed) since I never received a confirmation email. In the end i'm getting the dress in 11 weeks inspite of the additonal fee I paid for to get the dress sooner. Their customer service representatives offered no type of compensation/apology/solution, and gave me a mediocre explanation. Dont think ill be using their services again. more

I had an incredible shopping experience at this shop. The staff was amazing and the selection of dresses was really great. I found my perfect dress for $1200 and am so happy that I visited this store. After vising three other bridal shops and no luck, the wedding shoppe was a breath of fresh air. I would highly reccommend this shop to other brides. It was a great day with my family. I am so happy I found my dress. more

This place is nice and they have nice variety but their customer service is horrible! When going to try on my dress before fully purchasing it the lady RIPPED my dress. I couldn't believe it. I asked if she even noticed (at the same time trying to calm down my Grandma and Mom) and she just looked at me and walked out. She never even apologized. The next lady who came in did the same thing. When we asked if we could get it fixed or get a discount they said no. NOT PLEASED AT ALL!!! more

RUN RUN RUN! The owner of this shoppe is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Not worth supporting this shop. more

Therese helped me find my dress and has worked endlessly for me, the ""not picky at all"" bride ever since! I knew I wanted a single-strapped dress and she has made tons of phone calls to the designer to help make my dress exactly what I envisioned. I cannot thank her or recommend her enough! My sister is getting married in Septemeber and she is using the wedding shoppe for all of her wedding needs. Therese a consultant at the shoppe was so helpful at showing me how many options I had for bridesmaid dresses for the wedding. I am fuller busted and I wasnt sure what style would look best. Therese opened my eyes to many different styles and finding a dress is going to be so easy now due to all the help I recieved. I highly recoment the wedding shoppe for all of your wedding attire! Its amazing! more

I'm in love with the Wedding Shoppe. They have such beautiful dresses. More importantly, their prices are so reasonable. The Kennedy Blue dresses they carry are great! I just picked those dresses for my bridesmaids to wear! The Wedding Shoppe has really good customer service too. Quite easy to order online! I'm a fan. more

I had the absolute BEST experience at The Wedding Shoppe. I went to two other shops on the same day and this was my last stop. I was nervous and almost ready to give up until I met with Meg at The Wedding Shoppe. She was a ray of sunshine and bought my wedding dress on the spot. They matched all the competitors pricing and even gave me a better deal on my veil and sash. I highly recommend going there! If possible, meet with Meg. more

fantastic selection. searched EVERYWHERE online for a particular bridesmaid dress, and the wedding shoppe had the most reasonable price (significantly less than all other sites and shops i went to), and the ship date was 1 month before schedule!!! and i had them ship halfway across the U.S.! the process was so easy, i would recommend them to anyone. more

Waste of time! Do not use the website to purchase anything, unless you've gone to the store and actually viewed the color and size of the dress made by the manufacturer. I ordered a bridesmaid dress online, and it took 3 months to ship. Once it arrived, it was the wrong color and way too big. I tried returning it and they don't accept returns on bridesmaid dresses. Will not shop from this site again. more
