I moved to the area this past year and found Splash randomly, The service is great, everytime I am always greeted by a smile at the front door and offered a coffee.

Worst

I was very upset after spending $180 to get my hair colored and trimmed at Splash and having my hair turn out exactly how I didnt want it to.

It was the best experience of my life as far as getting my hair done. Prices are great, service is better, and elegance is higher. They worked so wonderful and massages during your hair wash was included in the price. I will be back. more

Great Customer Service 9/30/2011

Purchased shampoo and blowout deal from Groupon and was impressed by the atmosphere as well as the service. Alissa-Jo was very helpful and provided me with valuable information for my hair type and how to properly care it. Have since returned for a haircut and treatment. Fun place! more

Awesome Experience! 9/17/2011

I was looking for a new look for my hair. Alyssa Jo from Splash Hair Salon gave me just what I was looking for! She spent time with me to find out what I really wanted and gave me a terrific hair cut, style, and dynamite highlights. I love my new look!! I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a great new look! Everyone at the salon makes you feel very comfortable. The chair massage and the warm towels make you feel wonderful! <3 My New Hair!! 9/16/2011

I recently moved from Tampa, Fl and have been looking for a new salon in the Fishers area. Splash Hair Salon went above and beyond my expectations. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile! Stephanie F is amazing!!!! I told her I was looking for something new and trendy for the Fall. Stephanie took the time to sit with me and talk about different options. The end result was exactly what I wanted. I LOVE my new hair!! I have been getting compliments all week. Best salon experience EVER! 9/3/2011

I went into the salon unsure of what I wanted to do with my hair. I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep my hair long or cut it short. I didn't know if I wanted to change colors, highlight, or what. Stephanie F, did an amazing job guiding me to a popular new style! As soon as I stepped out of the salon I was getting complimented left and right! Everyone mentions that my hairstyle is something they have never seen before and they absolutely LOVE it! I highly recommend this salon and stylist to anyone who is looking for a new change that will keep you feeling good about yourself! more

Kristin Rocks!!! 9/1/2011

It took me way too long to realize my last hair stylist was completely destroying my hair! I was at work and saw a member I knew. I told her that her hair color was awesome and she looked GREAT!!! She handed me a business card of her daughter Kristin, a designer at Splash. I set an appointment with Kristin. Wow. Kristin was amazing!!! I was totally spoiled and pampered. Just had my 2nd appt with her on 8/29 and I have never felt better. My hair has a way to go to repair itself, but I welcome the journey with Kristin. She has amazing talent with blond hair color and set me up with nurturing products too!!! I would highly recommend Kristin if you have blond naturally curly hair that is severely dry and damaged. Kristin you ROCK sister!!! Can't wait to see you in October- and am bringing the sour candy treats too.......Dawn R more

Excellent! 8/26/2011

I guess you could say I am pretty picky when it comes to my hair. I have been through many stylist and had yet to find the right one. I went to Splash Hair Salon a few weeks ago and had Stephanie Flesher as my hair stylist. She cut, styled and highlighted my hair. I think her prices reflect the kind of stylist she is. Not only was Stephanie friendly and professional but so was the rest of the staff. The owner was there to greet me and sent me a letter in the mail after my visit. I am looking forward to my next visit! more

Each Experience is better than the last..... 8/14/2011

I have been a client of Jacqueline for a year now.... and each experience I have with her is better than the last. I can come in not say a word and trust her expertise 150%.....She is an artist... truly is passionate about her work.... and it shows everytime she has done my hair. Her salon is VERY upscale ...and far more than just a salon..... has the feel of a upscale California spa.... I HIGHLY recommend the experience to anyone ...i promise you will leave feeling more beautiful than when you walked in..... more

Incredible Experience!! 8/13/2011

I had my hair done at Splash by Jacqueline a few weeks ago. I had an idea of what I wanted when I came in but Jacqueline enhanced what I wanted, and I absolutely LOVE my hair! She educated me on how to treat my hair at home and recommended top of the line products! Not only am I very pleased with my results but the experience was also wonderful with a scalp massage and hand massage with a moist towel that had a wonderful aroma. Jacqueline has a lot of passion for what she does and she shows that in her work! I am so thankful to finally meet such a wonderful designer that I can stay with forever! more

10 women went in for hairstyling for a cousin's wedding. We all loved our results except for the mother of the bride. Her hair was styled by the owner, Jaqueline. Jaqueline was not only rude to my aunt, but did not listen to her when she was doing her hair. It turned out horribly. The bride asked for it to be redone, and it was...again horribly with even ruder service. The bride chose not to pay for that one service, siting the fact that her mother didn't get what she wanted TWICE and was subjected the the woman's rude comments. The bride did pay and tip well for all other services. No one gave her any problem about not paying for the one horrible experience and we all left for the wedding. The kicker-Jaqueline then called the BRIDE and left her a nasty voicemail message calling her rude, saying she should be ashamed of herself, and that she was going to file a claim on her for non-payment. She received this message right before she walked down the aisle. I don't care what the situatio more

Splash Hair salon-STAY AWAY! 8/4/2011

I must say the owner of this business called Splash should not be in business at all. I was recently in Indianapolis for my nieces wedding and had my hair done here. I was early for my appointment, and not knowing what the opening hours were, I asked if it was ok to come in and she was rude to me. I had my hair done by a real sweet girl and it was good but my poor sister who was the Mother of the Bride was just about in tears. Not only did she receive an awful hairdo, not once but twice, she was treated in the worst possible way by the owner, Jacqueline, who should have been bending over backwards to please her. She pulled her hair, wouldn't listen to anything my sister said and refused to be gracious about her terrible hairdos. And to top it off, she texted my niece right as she was getting ready to walk down the aisle, no doubt to try and fluster her and ruin her day. That didn't work but let me tell you this--Jacqueline Belus is one of the rudest , most unprofessional people in the Indianapolis business community and if you don't want to be treated in this manner I would steer clear of her salon, Splash, forever! Take your business to someone who is more caring and less nasty!! more

Excellent stylist 7/18/2011

Keim always does a great job on my thick wavy coarse ""problem hair."" I always look great when I leave and it is easy to keep up the look in between cuts. He gives me styling tips so that I can wear it different ways. He is personable and unpretentious and VERY SKILLED-I just love him! more

Fantastic Hair Cut 7/13/2011

I have short hair and I am definitely a person who is right handed and with my hair I have two left hands! Yes, I am usually horrible with my hair so I needed an easy, breezy type cut. I had what is known as a ""messy spike"" that was dyed a chestnut red to cover up the mousy brown. After a while I looked like I had a bleached-out red halo and yes I thought I looked great. My stylist became quite ill just as my appointment was due and as I was leaving town for a week I was desperate! My daughter had been going to Splash for quite some time and her stylist recommended Keim as he is fabulous with short hair. I can certainly attest to that! He didn't think that I needed my hair cut any shorter but he gave it texture and dimension to give it movement and added a luscious mix of brown and dark brown to give color for richness. I am in LOVE with my hair cut, Thank you Keim! more

Above and Beyond the Rest 6/29/2011

When I moved to the north side I was in desperate need of a new salon, so I did what everyone else in the world does...googled the area! I came up with one or two, so I read the reviews and decided to give Splash a shot. Wow..best decision ever. I called to make my initial appointment, explaining that I have problem hair i.e., other colorist had butchered my hair and it was in desperate need of help and that it tended to do the opposite of what they anticipated. So, they set me an appointment with Jacqueline; who is not only an amazing stylist/colorist/artist, but she is also the owner. During my first visit, she pulled up a chair and talked to me about my hair...what I envisioned, what it had been through, etc. She listened to everything I had to say and then gave me her opinion based on her observations. The overall experience was amazing. This salon doesnt feel like a salon; more like a spa with a killer boutique to boot. Each person pays you individual attention, whether they are styling your hair, giving you a massage, or bringing you something to drink. Overall, it was better than I had ever anticipated. That was over a year ago....I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. more

""Shear"" Perfection 6/11/2011

The best salon and stylist I have had in years! I've had trouble getting the color I want and had tried multiple times with 2 different stylists at two different salons with no success and then I found Kiem!!!! Everything he does is wonderful! On my first visit I had decided to get a perm to give my super straight hair some body, and it was perfection. Everytime I go to work after he does my hair I have to spend the entire day saying thank you for all the compliments I get. The color he did for me is gorgeous and it lasts which is hard to get red to do.I think I'm now brave enough to give up the perm because I think he can do something fabulous without it. more

I arrived 10-15 min. early. I just waited a few min. And my girl was good. She said that people do not realize that if you come to their apt. on the apt time you end up cuting into your hour faceal. But I notice that she completed the faceal and I the clock said a quarter til the hour??? I did not say anything because she was good and fun to talk to. But I felt that I should have had a full hour. Please don't get me wrong she was nice and good but it just made me thing. Also when I came in the man at the front desk(I'm thinking is the owner) did not go out of his way to welcome me and fact was a little cold and all business. He twicw interupt me and my girl to whisper something business related. I just thought he was rude. Sorry but thats how I saw it. Put please know that I like ny girl. Sorry I forgot her name. more
