10 women went in for hairstyling for a cousin's wedding. We all loved our results except for the mother of the bride. Her hair was styled by the owner, Jaqueline. Jaqueline was not only rude to my aunt, but did not listen to her when she was doing her hair. It turned out horribly. The bride asked for it to be redone, and it was...again horribly with even ruder service. The bride chose not to pay for that one service, siting the fact that her mother didn't get what she wanted TWICE and was subjected the the woman's rude comments. The bride did pay and tip well for all other services. No one gave her any problem about not paying for the one horrible experience and we all left for the wedding. The kicker-Jaqueline then called the BRIDE and left her a nasty voicemail message calling her rude, saying she should be ashamed of herself, and that she was going to file a claim on her for non-payment.
