I moved to the area this past year and found Splash randomly, The service is great, everytime I am always greeted by a smile at the front door and offered a coffee.

Worst

I was very upset after spending $180 to get my hair colored and trimmed at Splash and having my hair turn out exactly how I didnt want it to.

Sara Lamb is excellent with color. I can't stop looking at my hair today, it's the best it has ever looked! She takes the time to understand what you want and if there is a problem she is very nice to fix it. The salon itself is nice and relaxing. I used to drive all the way to the west side for Tyler Mason but no need now, their stylists just aren't as good in my opinion. I look forward to returning to Splash again soon! Jade Is a super trendy and Fun 1/11/2010

Went to Splash because I have heard such great things about it ! Went to a super fun girl named Jade! She listened to what I had to say and I left with a Hot trendy hair color! I have had so many compliments... I feel like a new women!!! will go back! She was so fun! Pros: Loved the place and my stylist! Cons: none! more

Again I am pleased to inform that Sara at Splash got it right! This is my second visit and again she made my appointment special in every way. Her ability to listen to my needs and be geuine about caring to get it right is exceptional. I love my hair and feel as if she is always planning the next step so it can look even better next time! Exceptional Salon 1/5/2010

Splash has a wonderful staff which starts from the owner Jacqueline. She makes sure that you feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door and that you feel like you belong there once inside. Everyone is very warm and welcoming from the receptionist to my hair stylist, Elisha. I have been to many salons and Splash is at the top of my list. On my first visit to Splash, I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with my hair other than knowing it needed to be colored and cut. I told Elisha this and she worked her magic and I couldn't have been happier with my hair. I've continued to go back ever since, and have never walked out with a bad haircut. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Salon. Pros: Excellent customer service & welcoming staff more

Best Haircut 1/5/2010

Splash is a great place to get you hair done! I recieved my best haircut ever from Kim. He really took the time to discuss and execute the best cut for my face shape and hair texture. The services are a little pricey but you will be happy with the results! Pros: Great Service Cons: Price more

Exceeded my expectations 1/3/2010

While seated in the waiting area, I listened as the water cascaded down the water feature in the waiting area. My stylist met me on time and led me to the wash basins...and a massage chair :) As we consulted about my hair cut, he massaged my hands and put me in a state of mind to feel beautiful! NEW FAVORITE SALON 1/2/2010

I really enjoyed my experience at Splash Hair Salon. The environment was so comfortable and intimate which is rare these days. Kristin knew exactly what I wanted after a 2 min discussion and I couldn't be happier with my hair right now. I felt fabulous bringing in the New Year :). On top of having a wonderful set-up, I love the boutique side of the Salon. I will definitley be going back to the salon for all my future hair/spa treatments. Keep the length, but tame it down... 12/31/2009

My visit started with a consultation that gave me confidence in my stylist, Elisha. A relaxing shampoo came next and at this point I was content to stay in the massaging chair, but we moved on to my haircut. I didn't really want to lose any length, but I'd been having problems getting my thick hair to style properly. Elisha worked her magic and I can honestly say my hair is now easier to manage. Friendly, Talented and Chic 12/28/2009

Elisha has cut my hair for over 2 years. Her old salon always felt very uptight and trying-hard-to-be-cool except for a select few representatives. I was thrilled when she left to go to Splash. Splash is a warm and welcoming salon that employs fantastic workers. The owner is dedicated to growing her employees as hair designers and it shows in their dedication to their work and they way they tend to clients. Best Salon Ever! 12/27/2009

I have seen Lacy and Kiem, both are fantastic and I would recommend either to everyone! I have thick and un-ruley hair. Both were able to tame it, Kiem especially does a wonder job at making the hair cut last a long time. Another reason why I don't mind paying for a pricier hair cut. Plus you get a mini shoulder and hand massage! I love it when my haircut time rolls around! Pros: Have seen two stylists and both are excellent Cons: price, but you cannot put a price tag on a good hair cut more

Great experience 12/17/2009

I have been trying to find a good place for a hair cut for awhile in Indianapolis after my old stylist moved. I went to Splash on a suggestion from a friend. My stylist was Kristin and she did a great job with attention to detail and listening to what I asked for even though I wasn't very good at explaining it. The shop itself is really cool and massage chairs are incredibly relaxing. I definitely plan on going back and highly recommend Kristin to anyone. Pros: Kristin, Atmosphere, massage chairs more

Great place for great hair 12/11/2009

My stylist is Kiem V. I was getting a manicure one day at Allure Nail Salon in Nora (best nail salon around), and was talking to Vi about getting my hair done and that I needed to find a new hair stylist. She said, ""go see my husband, Kiem at Splash"". It was the best thing I have every done for my hair. From the minute you walk in the door of ""Splash"", you are pampered. You get a free consultation with your stylist to talk about what you want and what he or she might suggest would be best for your hair. WOW, I had never had a consult about my hair before. Makes you feel special. The head massages are awesome, along with the massage chairs you sit in while getting your hair washed. I will never go anywhere else but ""Splash"". Kiem is the best....getting to know your stylist is the best part...and the conversations are never dull...he loves to make you laugh, and is genually into his work. So, for anyone out there that needs a change in their hair style, give them a try. With a ""Drop of Splash"", you can't help but feel beautiful. The service at Splash salon was great. Lacey colored and cut my hair and she actually listened when I told her what I wanted done. She took time out to explain things to me and she guided me while I was making decisions about my hair. I LOVE the end result and I will definitely be back. Two thumbs up Lacey! I lost my hair stylist to a move and called Splash because it is close to my house. I had read a review and thought I would take a chance. Kiem V. is awesome! He listens to what you want and always makes sure he understands your vision. He then suggests what he thinks would make it better. Pros: Attention to detail more

Always a pleasant experience 11/24/2009

I tried Splash on a whim, and was pleased with the result. Kiem Vong was my stylist and was/is an excellent communicator about what he was/is doing. He guided me through each step he planned to take based on what I had asked for, to make sure we had the same ""vision"". I get compliments often on my hair, and have never regretted taking a risk by going to a new place. Prior to living in this area, I lived in Chicago and had access to some of the best hairdressers in the country. Splash definately does a good job of measuring up. I live in Greenfield now, and don't mind the hike up to Castleton, because I know I'll be getting my money's worth. Pros: Great products on site, very good service, great comm. Cons: Can be expensive if you're not accustomed to it more

1st Class Treatment from Start to Finish 11/18/2009

I moved here from Dallas/Fort Worth Texas 5 years ago. In my search for the perfect haircut, I came across Splash. I have never looked back. The minute you walk through the door, you are welcomed with a smile, and the daily stresses just seem to melt away. You are now in the Splash zone, a relaxing environment, getting 1st class treatment, and your the center of attention, as Jacqueline and her professional staff make sure of that. I recommend Splash to anyone looking for that perfect haircut, attention to detail, like to be pampered, because at Splash it's true, customer satisfaction is # 1. Very happy with Kiem 11/15/2009

After leaving LUSH because of my stylist leaving (interestingly no one there contacted me to see if I would like to try someone new; I was searching for someone who could cut short hair, teach me styling tips, and would also give me contemporary styles. I tried Splash and was ""assigned"" Kiem (guy). He has done work in LA and I left completely thrilled with my new style and cut. Not only did I leave happy with the cut, but his head massages were/are phenomenal! He never pushes color and is completely honest about upkeep. Pros: Gives a cut that looks good with your features/face Cons: Definitely big city prices more

I had my hair done a couple weeks ago at Splash for the first time. Nadine Gorogiani was my hairstylist. She is such a sweet person and was a blast to talk to. She took her time and did a fabulous job on my hair color. If you are looking for a hairstylist, go into Splash on 82nd street in Indianapolis, next to DSW and ask for Nadine by name.
