Best

I moved to the area this past year and found Splash randomly, The service is great, everytime I am always greeted by a smile at the front door and offered a coffee.

Worst

I was very upset after spending $180 to get my hair colored and trimmed at Splash and having my hair turn out exactly how I didnt want it to.

My stylist did an alright job although I could tell she was new to the chair. I did have one huge problem though, this women kept glaring at me. Come to find out it was the owner of the salon. I found this very rude and unprofessional. She made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. This is the reason I will not return. Pros: wine, Cons: unfriendly owner more

I came in for a trim and i don't know what happened...was it try anything under the sun day? Cons: some lady kept staring at me the whole time more

not very impressed 6/2/2007

I had my haircut and highlights done but at the end was not too impressed. The stylist used about all style products the salon had to offer - I counted 8 different products (without counting shampoo and conditioner). Did not seem very professional. more

try it you'll love it 9/4/2006

love love love it. i've go between kimberly and Leanne who ever is avialable last minute. always do a great job. i've been all over the city and in much more expensive salons, but kimberly and Leanne do the best job. great atmosphere aswell! Pros: stylists, skill, friendliness Cons: sometimes hard to get a last minute appointment with your preferred stylist more

This place does what is best FOR YOU! 12/15/2005

I JUST got back from this salon and I have never been happier. I was not pressured into anything, they listened to me, and they did everything I wanted. They were so nice and I am going to make all my friends go also. In the past at other salons I have been told lies about my hair, that it was damaged because i was not using their product, that the color was all wrong for me, that i need to cut it more. This place does what is best FOR YOU and not their wallet. I am from the NYC area and this place tops any place in the city I have ever been. If you are going to another salon, you are missing out! My hair is the best it's ever looked! 6/29/2005

I went to Danita's Salon after doing a citysearch.com look-up for a good place to get some highlights. I was quite nervous about getting highlights since my hair hasn't been colored in years and is extremely healthy. After all her positive reviews on citysearch my highlights came out GREAT! ! My hair is the best it's ever looked thanks to Danita's AMAZING gift for both blonde highlighting and the price was quite reasonable. She's awesome! All in all, this was a great salon experience! Way above my expectations! more

Everywhere I go, people stop and ask! 6/29/2005

I'm a model and just moved here from NYC and was a nervous wreck wondering if I would find a great salon. After reading the reviews for this place I made an appointment with Danita. WOW, she took me from a medium blonde to platinum blonde and a killer hair cut to finish it all! Everyone is really sweet, no attitude, no BS and best of all they give you exactly what you ask for... My hair has never looked and felt better. Everywhere I go, people stop me and inquire as to who colors and styles my hair. Thank you, Thank you. more

This is the BEST cut and color I have EVER had! I have spent so much money in my life on my hair and never has my it looked and felt better. My hair actually feels healthier and is shinier - after a color! Danita is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. Definitely make an appointment - you won't regret it!! more

DOES IT GET ANY BETTER? I LOVE IT! 6/2/2005

I LOVE this place!!!!!! The atmosphere is great and the hairstylist that did my hair was AMAZING. When I left the salon my highlights look like they were growing out of my head they were so close to the scalp! On top of that they haven't turned brassy, my cut is so easy to style and her blow dry lasted me about 6 days! Like I said, I LOVE this salon. Pros: Very Upscale more

Finally!! A stylists that listens 6/1/2005

I am so tired of going from salon to salon and dealing with stylists that don't LISTEN!!!! Well, I have found a gold mine. I have your average brown hair and have wanted a change but haven't wanted to deal with the up keep of a big change. Danita was VERY patient and did an excellent job in communicating my options and all of the pros and cons of each choice. At the end of the day I did my base color and then did a few carmel high lights around my face and then did a golden glaze to add a little bit of a tonal change. I LOVE it. It felt so good to sit in front a stylist and not feel rushed and pressured about what I wanted. (I will definitely be back!!! : ) Pros: atmosphere, attitude, value more
